Thought we pretty much controlled the match and after an excellent first half I was able to relax for the second. What a great signing Hazard is turning out to be, great skills, dribbling and decision making. Amazed, with his skill, that he is not more selfish, he always seems to be looking for others in a better position. I know it's a bit early to get too excited but I think this guy could become world class, up there with the Ronaldo's of this world. Great games today from Torres, Mikel, Meirles, Luiz and Cahill.

I'm not a Torres basher and perhaps the highlights did not show up his performance last night but I thought he looked off the pace. His control was poor and passing was often misplaced. He looked more like he was at the start of last season and not the Torres we saw towards the end. Hopefully only a blip.

With JT in his 30's and a history of back problems this deal would be madness. Luiz and Cahill are the future in the centre of our defence.

Thought Mikel had one of his better games tonight and seemed to be trying to move the ball a bit quicker. Hazard for MOTM, no one came close to him IMO.
