Pierre Emerick Aubameyang at Chelsea *Official*
Roma bound not the same thing as Roma signed . If there is anything we 've learnt in this transfer window, its that until he is holding your club shirt, he ain't yours. Don't see Roma standing a snowball's chance in hell if our decide the good old, tried and tested hijacking manoeuvre

How many goals has he scored now where he was guaranteed a consistent game? Let's get back at the end of the season to re+discuss how we missed the great trick in town

It is totalling galling to see us in this situation when we could have bought Jesus and Sterling in one swoop and sorted the forwards positions out at once. Jesus was the kind of striker that fitted us to a T . Very intelligent, exceptional work rated, good speed, and with a very good goal scoring sense in him, with ability to drop deep and play as a false 9 or interchange wings with Sterling. Instead we twiddled our thumbs and waited until Arsenal got him. Now we are looking for a old guy whose only grace as far as I am concerned is being coached by Tuchel before and who relies on quick transitions to succeed in a team that quick transitions are an anathema too. Is it not obvious that all strikers that failed in chelsea since the days of Torres all rely on quick transitions, and ball into space behind defenders? Countless number or times in that last two seasons have seen Werner and later Lukaku break into space.. the later pointing at where he wants to ball only for Jorginho et al to decide to pass the ball sideways? What as changed in the midfield to warrant adding another speedster? A lot of us on this site and others have said a creative midfielder is of utmost importance to the team but none seems to be on the horizon.. I daresay Lukaku and Werner would have had a far more successful careers had someone like Fabregas or Eriksen for that matter had been in our midfield. Tuchel needs to get his acts together please. This shambolic scattergun approach is becoming nauseous

Marc Cucurella
Wao. So sad.. I have always fancied the guy. Very hardworking and no slouch Infront of goal. The fact that he would cost nothing except his wages and can be sold for small profit is a plus... Also cos he comes free, without any media pressure and stuff... Guess we are not in for him at all. Cos I am sure he would prefer us to Roma... But hey!! What do I know... Someone said we are just waking up!!! Maybe now that Roma is interested, we would try the hijack manoeuvre.. we are fast becoming "pirates of the EPL"

Frenkie De Jong, not a rumour but apparently for sale
Didn't know we've actually been sleeping since... Thought we were just Clueless
-
Marc Cucurella
We can go and get Belotti for free and sell Michy for any amount while we keep Broja and Belotti as CFs
-
Jules Kounde
I believe him. Cos he had nothing to lose. He didn't have to lie either and given the stop, start , stop , start way we went about the whole deal, Monchi's version of the story aligns with what we observed.

Low balling Barca sounds good to me.. keep them jumping from leg to leg before cancelling the deal at one hour to deadline

Wesley Fofana at Chelsea *Official*
I willnbe gladly surprised if Kepa can do some good for once by going to Leicester... Any amount we get from offloading him is a bonus for the club .

Jules Kounde
My sentiments exactly. There is no way in hell that Kounde and Rapinha would hold us to ransom while Barcelona rally round to gather money. We would have taken a walk longest time with Marina in charge. And as for those saying players get more attracted to Barca than us... This is not news we all know who ranks above who in each league but we have the right to walk away from any deal if we felt we are been used. Westham just walked away from signing Broja.. West ham is not a bigger club than us in world status.. but they have their dignity and took a walk from the Broja deal when it did not look viable. That is what we should have done with these guys.

Firmino Available
Come to think of It.. won't mind a Lius Suarez at all... That guy scores goals by the boatload. Even Diego Costa is available if we want to go down that route.
-
Jules Kounde
I have said this before that our entire scouting networks need to be fired and replaced. How come we have not been able to sign a talent player who is not a youth in eons.... What exactly do they do... PSG is probably 10 times richer than us and are getting a defender for 13m... So sad
-
Jules Kounde
On a lighter note... Let's lies in wait for Sevilla and outbid them for Kounde s replacement and thwir second alternative or at least use our self as a lever for that club to get premium fee from them

Jules Kounde
Even if all this is correct we were the one that allowed Monchi to be a super star. We could have ended this charade two weeks ago with our dignity intact. This is not the first time clubs will explore other options before going for their targets and if Monchi feels otherwise..fecck him. We should have just taken a walk. Marina would have taken that walk 3 weeks ago... We are Chelsea.. we don't bend over backward for anyone.. it was not like we are buying prime Ronaldo or Messi.. just a bloody average RCB. Monchi played Clueless TBo like a banjo using him to ensure Barcelona pays a huge amount for Kounde something they wouldn't have done if they were the only ones in for him. This debacle 100% is on TBo... Doesn't know sh*t about transfer windows yet sacked the pple who know before learning... He dragged our dignity and honour tru the mud
-
Milan Skriniar
The lack of experienced personnel should be laid squarely on Tbo s shoulders. It's galling that we are still waiting for Sevilla's green light when there are other players out there we can get. Read we are trying to hijack Mukiele's move to PSG. This guy had been out there all along but it was when he is readyto sign for PSG, we suddenly realized we are interested after all. The failure of this transfer window is 100% Tbo s fault.
-
Allan Saint-Maximin
Very correct. With the shambolic display against arsenal we would be hard press to get into Europa positions this season
-
Firmino Available
Just read an article on the Sun that Liverpool might be open to selling Firmino. The story goes that Firmino has one year left on his contract and he is not willing to sign an extension particularly now that Nunez has been signed. It was reported that Juventus had a bid of 20 million euros rejected but Liverpool could do a deal for around 30 million.

Jules Kounde
You are talking about someone who is overwhelmed and completely over his head with this. How he made his billions would be an interesting topic one day. Cause billionaires especially those who made billions from scratch are said not to be stupid. This fella clearly is bucking the trend. First you sacked the entire Mgt team just days to a transfer window you know absolutely nothing about without any back up plan whatsoever. The fact that there were pple who wanted to help you navigate the transfer window but you refused makes it so sad and bad. He is now fumbling about and asking Tuchel who is supposed to concentrate on tgetting his team in shape take par tin phone calls and make transfer decisions shows the level of idiocy on display now. . We are now a mockery amongst other clubs as we grovel and beg average players to join our team. We have less th 3 weeks to commencement of the new season and we are still short of options in almost all areas of the pitch and does not have a single striker in place... Mutlitasking is any alien term to this fella cos chasing mediocre players is not an excuse why we can't fill up the other areas that needs attention
-
Jules Kounde
We really don't know what we are doing at the moment. The funny thing is that we could have avoided all this mess if Todd had given Marina and Co the mandate to buy the players Tuchel wanted this season.. but he listened to idiots and decided he could handle it. For someone who made billions.. he is certainly very foolish when it comes to football
-
Jules Kounde
Because we have no honour. We have no dignity. We are not Burnley for crying out out .. if the report that we have been waiting for a green light from Sevilla since Thursday then this Boehly fella is a bigger fool than I thought
-
Cristiano Ronaldo SIUUUUUUUUUUU
If only for this reason alone.. I say get him... We need someone big and nasty enough to rip our slow, sideways passing midfielders a new one
-
Jules Kounde
Honestly I don't even consider this Kounde guy a necessity. Let s face it.. it's not as if we are trying to get Messi or a CR7 in his prime. Kounde is a good RCB and RB in a pinch but nothing spectacular. It was our dilly-dallying that got us into this mess in the first place. We could have made our final offer, stood by it with a deadline and take a walk when it lapsed.. Marina never negotiated like this. This is not a dishing on Boehly but he should stop negotiating from a position of weakness. We are Chelsea FFS not Westham or Everton. We should have plan b and c and move quickly when plan a fails... We could have gotten Clauss for less than 10m. There are good options in the Laliga or Bundesliga FFS. Why are we fighting to the death for a player who is not once in a generation talent?????
-
Jules Kounde
I believe we have a price we are prepared to pay for Kounde. If Sevilla wants more than that, cancel the transaction. Kounde is not the only RB in the world. They can sell him to Barca after or if forced to sell him for peanuts next year. Their loss..

Jules Kounde
I don't fancy De Ligt at all and I am thankful he has gone to Bayern. However the issue of Kounde has dragged on for so long and it does not help the coach prepare his team for the season. I think it's better to make up our minds quickly whether we want the guy or not before other viable options disappear of the market. I don't know whethe4 the Claus's guy is any good but he would cost about 7 million around the same amount we paid for Dave. Why are we not looking at that option. Someone mentioned the Nunes guy we were reportedly linked to sometimes ago... We will wait until Man City show interest before we start running helter skelter. I still maintained ant Jesus and Sterling would have been very good for our team. But we twiddled our thumbs until Arsenal got him. Pavard is reportedly available for 30m... I seems to remember he can play on both wings as a WB. Why not consider that option and save money to buy a Nunes or any good bloody attacking midfielder that can move the ball quicker to our attackers than the apologies we currently parade?

Broja to West Ham
My sentiments exactly .... Particularly so with you last statement.
