He had a tricky first month or two and they never let him forget it. He's 2nd for my player of the season. He's quietly gotten better and better and you can see on the pitch that he has that confidence that he had at Brighton.

He’s growing in confidence and effectiveness. You have to think, and recall reading, that the pressure of the fee and signing for Chelsea did create pressure. He is settling now. 
I get the feeling the minute he is out of the team they’ll be a big hole we all talk about. It hasn’t quite worked with Enzo in a partnership, but that’s a conversation for another thread.

He’s better when Silva isnt on the pitch. 

He was fantastic, I’ve not said much about him but I could always see what a quality player he is. In fact most of our players are much better than what we’ve seen so far this season, especially Caicedo and Enzo and they’ve shown that tonight.

I got to disagree mate, the midfield setup from Pochettino is shambolic. Enzo and Caicedo need to be closer together, as a team, if we are going to play out from the back, we need to work on the movement and rotation of players in midfield and attack to play through it. At the moment Caicedo gets the ball and Enzo runs away, Gallagher runs away, it gets recycled across the back until someone is brave enough to play forward or carry forward, then we lose ball. Honestly its shocking management, especially when.you consider how much time he has had on the training ground.

Why is Poch isolating Caicedo so much in the build up? Enzo and Gallagher as high as Palmer when Caicedo is picking the ball up from the CB’s. His performances have improved since his poor start but Jesus Christ Poch isn’t helping the lad at all.
