Honestly you would think he'd died with the ridiculous mawkish sh*te going in. He won 1 league title, same amount as the tinkering did with Leicester, which was much more impressive than klopp winning it with record breaking transfers for a centre back, keeper, and loads more spent.

Like you I'll watch the game with the sound off especially if that annoying ned McManaman is one of the pundits. Listening to him and the bin dippers in the crowd is enough to make anyone feel ill.

Yep I watched them against Norwich and thought the ref might have given out 3 yellows with one being a second one so a Red. Think refs are scared at Anfield.

The only one that complained was our old bugbear Ashley Barnes.

Gusto and Nkunku may be available, based on Poch's comments before the Villa game. Probably won't know for sure until Tuesday. However, it won't surprise me if both are unavailable.

Anyway, good news is Colwill seems to not have any muscle injury and was a small knock as Poch indicated he should be fine for Wednesday.

Trent is back. Returned to training last week and came on today in the 66th minute. Would not be surprised to see him start on Wednesday. Robertson, I think will still be on the bench as Gomez has been brilliant at LB for them.

4 Center Backs to start, Palmer upfront? I think the similar ( if not the same) setup as Villa game. It's rare to play against them without their Kingpin in the team, really hope we take advantage of it.

Maybe I will feel different when the game is upon us but, right now, it just does not feel like a big deal, just another league game.

The Villa game on the 7th, with their home record, that is a huge, daunting challange, and I really want us to finally win the FA Cup again.
