I'd let him go. I don't think he's ever hit top form for us, and although I prefer him to Ivanovic and Bosingwa, it's not as if either of them are going to leave any time soon... Besides, we have one of the best full-backs in the world in Belletti. It's a real shame he wasn't given a chance to shine last year... (Michael Essien at RB? WTF!!!)

How did Drogba look? I really hope him and Anelka can make a good partnership...

Someone zippy and creative like SWP would be nice :lol: You know, I'm not sure we need anyone else... We have class in every position (assuming Anelka pulls his weight and Drogba sticks around) and also class back-up in every position, so I don't see the need for new players. I'm not sure if Robinho would be the man for that though, he seems like the kind of player who wouldn't be very reliable for us. I'd prefer someone reliable and hard-working like Michael Owen. Of course, this is unless we get d***ed over by injuries like last year, so we'd need four players for every position... :D

Oh good. Hopefully this will stop the oh-so-frequent of recent trends of Rio Ferdinand mouthing off at the ref, and the Manchester United squad surrounding him for giving a fair decision against them, and then the media slagging off John Terry for doing exactly that, even if he didn't.

How do you feel about these two leaving? I was always a massive fan of both (I was always pretty sorry that SWP got left out of the team so regularly...), and I was pretty sad to hear that they had left. How do you feel?
