  1. Luckily Alex proved a more than worthy replacement. I hope Ballack can live up to the form of the end of last season... we looked a bit stuck at the beginning against Man Ure without Deco there for fluid movement.
  2. I agree. I was ashamed enough at Ashley Cole throwing himself around on the floor today, I don't want a professional cheat in the side as well...
  3. I know... but it would have put Man Ure bottom. Ah well... neither happened anyway. I guess Spuds bottom isn't a bad consolation.
  4. Agreed. Alex was solid and my man of the match. A shaky opening aside, we were the best side throughout and if it wasn't for some awful work in the final third we could have walked away with it. They will be closer if/when they win their game in hand though...
  5. Alex was pretty solid today.
  6. Oh be fair... ...they built a new stand in the early nineties... or was that Darren Anderton?
  7. And Lampard wasn't even much kop before he came to the Bridge anyway...
  8. Do you reckon Man Ure are going to try and "park the bus"?
  9. I was going to say 2-0, but with Berbatov, Rooney, R@naldo and Tevez, I can't see them not scoring... So 2-1.
  10. I was so sure Liverpool were going to knock in an 87th minute winner. Glad they didn't, obviously. If we beat Man Ure 6-0 and Spuds win, they'll go bottom... ...I wonder what the odds of that are :P
  11. Whether he started out as an attacking midfielder or not, if he's playing the best football of his career in a defensive role, then that's where he should stay.
  12. Being strongly anti-Chelsea... wow... that hasn't been done before. :D
  13. "Would you like somezing to drink wiz your dinner, sir?" "BRING ME SOME WHISKEY! I tell ya... if this were Chelsea, I'd have plonk on the house! Och Aye! *swig*"
  14. "In other news, Manchester City found their own Winston Bogarde today..."
  15. Losing Clarke is a bugger, but Scolari seems to have his wits about him. Although that reminds me of the time Avram Grant and Hen Tenk Cate (or however you spell it) joined in the crossbar challenge last season.
  16. Yeah, being accused of being a glory hunter by Man Utd, Arsenal and Liverpool fans is pretty annoying considering we were just about mid-table when I started supporting Chelsea.
  17. Damn Kenyon and his unfoldable tickets... <_<
  18. Yeah, he's honest, a good sport, and he doesn't try and be an arrogant p***k or talk out of his arse like the Scottish drunk.
  19. Who's that stuttering down in 14th place? Why, it's the Man Ure!
  20. After their filthy tactics last season, some of the despicable players they have, and of course that hypocritical, dirty little g****ite of a man, Alex Ferguson at the helm, Manchester United. I am by no means fond of Liverpool, but believe me, I was cheering when they dismissed the Mancunian scum at the weekend. I wish United failure in every exploit, just to see that dirty Scottish w***er's face in the dirt. After that comes the also-rans, the Spuds. I used to dislike Arsenal quite a bit back in the day, but I don't mind them so much any more. They play well and Wenger is a good manager. Leeds are irrelevant. I'll start hating them again then they get promoted again...
