I'm entirely serious. If I was Ancelotti I'd stick Dida up front or sub him off for Inzaghi or something. Who needs a keeper when you have Senderos? It also means Zambrotta and Maldini can bomb forward with Senderos holding the fort at the back. In fact, they could even sub Senderos off. He doesn't even need to be on the pitch to stop the opposition scoring...

I don't know. They have ample replacement for Cannavaro, but the perenially-underrated yet superb Pirlo will be sorely missed from any team, and they're going to be missing some grit and force if Gattuso is missing.

How do you see Bullard in a more defensive Pirlo-style role, with Lampard/Gerrard/Barlow/whoever and Joe Cole given the freedom to go forward?

I wish we had Robben back. I seem to remember every single game from that season being 1-0 against Blackburn, with him as the scorer. Apart from the eight months in which he was injured...

Where have I heard this before? I would never have let SWP go D: If we've only let Pizarro out on loan, we could recall him if things get particularly desperate... I know he didn't impress in his first season, but he's actually a pretty decent striker...
