Tottenham v Chelsea 20/10/12 KO 12:45 BST
To be honest I don't feel that worried, maybe I should be. But I don't. I felt the same way before the Arsenal game and look how that turned out. Tottenham are more than capable of taking points off of us but we can still beat them.

Falcao to Chelsea?
I'd say we are dreaming. Let's focus on what we got, rather than a wish list

Chelsea vs Norwich (PL) 6/10/12 KO 15:00 BST
No I think if we beat Man Utd that will be a clincher for us as truest title contenders. Tottenham will be tough away, a draw would suffice in my opinion, losing would be painful. But four points from those matches could be enough to declare us as top threats for the title. With the match against City to lengthen the lead. Of course everything makes sense on paper and thats why we play the matches and thats why we love football. I can't wait for these big games, as much fun as it is to see the short passing against sh*t sides, its the nail biting drama of the big games that I really long for.

This is it, we are into the business end of our first half of the season. Things will be a lot clearer to us all by November.

Who is our new Talisman?
What makes a definition of a talisman in football? For years that person was Drogba, much maligned throughout his career he was also one to be known to come through in the big game, generally in cup finals and against the Arse. But now he has left, which brings up the new question who's next? Clearly one of Hazard, Oscar, or Mata seems to be the most likely. But the way Mata has been playing both last year and this year makes me question if he is "the one". Certainly I think the sample base is too small to quite crown him yet, but he certainly seems to be the player most likely to consistently be the thorn in our opponents side. But he is magical enough to declare him so? Or is he more of a consistent provider? Or is it someone else yet?

MOTM vs Norwich (H)
Besides the obvious, I voted for Hazard. He has been quiet after his superb start and this game brought him back to life. We'll need more than just Mata to been Rottenham and Manure.

I agree. We can't overlook em. United did and look what happened. It'll be twice as tough for us because of the rivalry.

You won't have to wait long. We play United 2 times out of our next four.

Last time we had 19 points from the first 7 we won the Prem, food for thought.

Sky/ESPN bias against Chelsea
I agree, I don't mind playing "the bad guy". The football we play now might change people's perception of that in the future, but its that former element that we bully our way to wins that puts people off about us in my opinion.

Chelsea vs Norwich (PL) 6/10/12 KO 15:00 BST
But will unlikely to start against either Tottenham, Shakhtar, or United upon his return, until the league cup that is.

Everything that Mata's
I won't complain. Though surely Mata deserves a spot in his side with his most recent play. Does Silva supplant him? Surely not.

This whole thing is a sh*t show, we need to get back to playing football and lay all of this to rest.

Following our nearest and dearest rivals
Its an old article but its also an old argument. Liverpool have been on a downward spiral for some years now and they cannot always live off of their precious history as a means to success. Stop buying sh*t players and hiring sh*t managers and you might be a better club.

Nathaniel Chalobah
Will he play DM? I always had him as a centre back

Roberto Di Matteo
I agree the sample size is pretty small, but even taking into account Robby's actions last year, it is somewhat of a trend. He has done quite admirably and now he's got some young talent to foster. These next few months to the end of December should give us a proper assessment of what he can achieve.

Aside from the slipups in the Shield and Super Cup, RDM has this team to a 6-2-0 start. Basically we are undefeated in every major competition. Hard to argue with early results like that.

Nordsjaelland v Chelsea (CL) 2/10/12 KO 19:45 BST
Agree that the two goal slip up could be costly, but the Juve Shakhtar result is irrelevant to the cause. Those 6 points Juve will pick up will likely be the same six we pick up. Our points against the Ukrainian side will determine use going through or not. It's hard to prognosticate what the game away against Juventus will mean, it could be a tough one or it could even be meaningless. But it is one game at a time for now and we need to worry about coming ahead against Shakhtar. Their points are even with ours and they drew Juve as well so we are all on the level now then.
