FIFA 10
Not really. I'm stuck with a PS2 as well, and haven't moved on from PES6. I've just updated all the names, transfers and badges constantly for the last 3 years. I've played all the latest FIFA's and Pro's on the PS2 and none of them are real improvements, and none of them have even changed really. PES6 is still where it's at.

I knew about the soft boiled egg, I just also happen to know that coque also means hull, as in on a ship. It was an (admittedly rather weak) attempt at a play on words. However I actually wasn't aware of the other meanings for 'petit'. I shall bear this in mind, I'm sure it could come in useful... Probably not.

I know it was, I was just taking the piss... which I've never done before, honest. :) Incidentally, I'm not little and have nothing to do with a ship's hull. :P

If it's a name shouldn't it start with a capital letter? :P I'm now really feeling the pressure. I only got a C in English at GCSE! :) Edit- Kalpit reminded me to say welcome. So, welcome!

Damn, I missed the corrections! However, I would still like to add to the pedantry. It's the U.S. or U.S.A. You did the same earlier, as well.

MOTM vs QPR
Having just watched the match thanks to the links Abramovich provided, I have to say it's Hutchinson. A brilliant performance from him. Joe Cole had a great game too, but I think Hutch was just a bit better, even though he went off before the end. He didn't put a foot wrong all game, and made some great blocks, tackles and interceptions. Even his passing was quality today. I have to say, I'm quite excited at the prospect of having him in the squad soon. Carvalho is getting on a bit, and reports are suggesting that Alex may well soon leave on a free, when his deal runs out at the end of the season. To have someone as solid as Hutch coming through and also someone like Mancienne as well, could see us well in to the future. Also I like the word hutch, so to have someone we can call Hutch, is f**king fantastic. Hutch.

MC Hawking
I know it's old, so some of you may have come across it before, but I've just discovered it and to say that I'm hooked is an understatement. Really, it's a parody on gangster rap, using a fictitious the real life alter ego of Stephen Hawking, MC Hawking. Somehow making a voice synthesizer sound lyrical, the real genius lies in the lyrics, though with him regularly 'spitting' about popping a cap in the 'ass' of those MIT punk bitches, and the odd parody of big rap hits. For example his parody of Straight Outta Compton goes a bit like this. Straight out of Oxford a crazy motherf**ker named Hawking. When I be rocking the mic you be gawking, at me 'cause I'm a bad mama-jamma, you wanna lock me up put my ass in the slamma. But f**k that sh*t 'cause no jail can hold me, you can't even catch me much less control me. So if you see me coming you better duck, 'cause Stephen Hawking is crazy as f**k. Or his Parody of O.P.P. by Naughty By Nature, with the chorus going like this. You down with entropy? Yeah, you know me! (x3) Who's down with entropy? Every last homey! Then the actual genius comes in and we get this in the second verse. Defining entropy as disorder's not complete, 'cause disorder as a definition doesn't cover heat. So my first definition I would now like to withdraw, and offer one that fits thermodynamics second law. First we need to understand that entropy is energy, energy that can't be used to state it more specifically. In a closed system entropy always goes up, that's the second law, now you know what's up. Anyway, I've done enough talking about this, so I'll just add one more thing, which is the icing on the cake, really. The album is of course called 'A Brief History Of Rhyme'. You simply can't argue with that.

Chelsea vs QPR (League Cup) 23/09/09 (1945 KO)
No, not if he can't handle it. I'd say as long as it's 45 minutes or more, it's a step in the right direction and that's all we need. There's no point in rushing him. Isn't Zhirkov due a return now as well?

Three what, darling?

JT interview Sky Sports
Surely that would be a Yeovil top? As in the club his brother, Paul Terry, used to play for? ;) Great interview. His house isn't too bad either. I'd quite like to see a full tour, like in MTV Cribs or something.

Chelsea vs Porto (Champs League - Home 15/09/09 1945 KO)
I still think Joe Cole on for Essien would have been a shrewd move. Joe Cole can keep the ball with his skill and touch, and has the vision to play a good safe pass when it's needed. That's not to take away from Ancelotti, his decisions worked, so well done. Mainly it's a feeling of relief at the moment, but yeah, I'm glad we got the 3 points.

He'd already been brought on when you posted that. Oh and I want to see Joe Cole come on for Essien, putting Beletti into the holding role, and Studge for Anelka.

Home Grown Rule Introduced in Premier League
I think you need to re-read it then. "As of next season clubs will be required to have a squad named of up to 25 players, of which no more than 17 can be over the age of 21 and not home grown," Scudamore said. That might help.

Sneijder
Except Ronaldo, Kaka, Benzema and co would have cost much, much more. Oh and I didn't want him here, and still don't, not because he isn't a good player, simply because of where he plays.

I'm not all that great with Photoshop, but memory, I have one of those. Someone had it as their avatar a few weeks back.

Pints included... well, anything included, doubles were £1.60 I believe. I was on snakebites and double vodkas all night... it was certainly a messy night. I apparently ended up failing to wake up for a fire alarm, it took, 2 girls screaming at me and slapping me in the face to get me up... it took more work to get me dressed... in some girls' pink nighty apparently. So I was standing there, outside, surrounded by girls wearing some boxers and a pink nighty... one of them laughed at me for wearing said pink nighty... I removed it and walked off back to the girls' room. There are more stories from that night, but I won't go into them, as I want to save some dignity for now.

Congratulations! It's awesome there. Squids is awesome, it was like £1.30 a drink... I got severely wasted there... and it's £1 for vodka and a mixer at some other place... although they ran out of glasses at one point. Oh and do play pub golf, it's great. The organisation of the drinking sessions is great, far better than any of the other universities I visited. These being, Reading, Oxford and Sheffield.

:D THE Leicester University? or the other one? I love the Uni there, I keep visiting a friend there, and it's great! Even took part in pub golf, and a game involving getting 27 of us on the back seat of the bus.
