  1. He had a good end to the match. Well done
  2. We done just enough today. Well done to the lads. Hazard just oozes class
  3. Same old same old. get the ball out wide, nothing is on, come back and try a square pass to the other wing. Still nothing on. Lump the ball anywhere and repeat.
  4. Those goals came, like you said, this season. Well after Torres 25th appearance. Comparing that isn't fair. Kezman was here for 1 season, in and out of the team. He probably racked up less minutes than Torres did in his first 6 months which returned a whopping 1 goal and about 50 moments of falling over the ball
  5. Mikel being in there gives Rambo the freedom to attack more. Mikel cleaned up a few messes. Valencia and Rafael had him 2 v 1 on the wing and he somehow won the ball. Good performance from him
  6. Well done to the lads. Great to see us fighting again. If we stop our circus style defending for the first 10 minutes of matches against united, we could easily give that lot a proper thumping. We seem to donate comical goal after comical goal though
  7. Our managers have no say in which players come in so I would assume they also are powerless in which players go out. But i could be wrong
  8. That's because the people running this club have no heart. They are the same pricks in suits that sacked Robbie and brought in the interim. When a player is surplus to requirement, he is embarrassed (as are the managers, see our double winning Carlo for another example) since the clowns upstairs dont have a decent moral bone in their body. Say what you want about Malouda being greedy etc. He signed a contract that the club were happy to offer him, his family are settled. The club dont have to play him but at least give him a chance to fight for his spot in the team in training. Just weeks after coming on in the CL final he all of a sudden isn't worthy to train with his team mates? Cowards in the board room. Snakes the lot of them. I find it embarrassing Malouda, Alex & Anelka were treated in such a way. All the while of course Torres gets selected automatically (as did sheva). Terry has free reign over which scandal he wants to dive into next. Players have more power than our managers. We stockpile young players with what appears to be no plan and ship them off elsewhere until we are bored of them. Look at the ridiculous sh*t we constantly get ourselves into: ashleys gun, jacob mellis smoke grenade, the knife found in the locker room, the handling of clattenburg. i could go on for days. Its no coincidence its ALWAYS us involved in these incidents. The fun for me has been taken out of Chelsea this year. RDM/Interim situation was a heavy blow. This doesn't feel like a football club anymore. Its a corporation. Basically at Chelsea, you can do whatever the f**k you like. Unless you are Malouda and wish to train with the first team. That is a huge violation.
  9. Well when teams park the bus all we tend to do is get the ball out wide and send in hopeless crosses to Torres. So id actually say Lukaku is better suited for those games. Also, he is more likely to provide some movement behind the back four where as Torres currently drifts wide to, again, send in more crosses.
  10. Good finish. How long was the goal drought today ended?
  11. He was on around 120k a week before So the papers want us to believe we wouldn't give him 2 years at his current wage but happily gave a 1 year deal for almost double the weekly wage? These papers are full of sh*t Ashley tweeted a few months ago laughing off claims that he was asking for 200k in the contract negotiations, said he wouldn't ask for that I'll believe him over some hack journalist with an agenda against our club
  12. Benitez signed nobody. Our managers dont have that kind of power, never mind a fat interim c**t like him
  13. I think the frustration stems from even when he has a good game and does everything right in the build up, you just know hes going to mess up the final touch/pass or shot. He left Vermaelen for dead at one stage but of course nothing came out of it. Its been that way since he joined Chelsea
  14. I dont blame him for the result. But every Chelsea player was running to get the dead balls in play ASAP so the game could continue. Torres gave away an obvious foul, which happens, but then kicked the f**king ball away. That made my f**king blood boil.
  15. When a player cries to the press because hes not starting enough games, he is looking to gain more starts He wanted to be our main man, he got his wish
  16. I think the boo's were exactly what was needed. This guy is not going to give up his huge wages and take a step down to a smaller club that will have him Roman wont get rid of him The only way to make sure this guy is not our number 9 next season is to let him know hes not wanted here Harsh? Yes. At this stage i dont care. The club i love is being ruined before my very eyes. You can all decide which matter more. Torres feelings or getting this club back on track. That involves losing Torres and his pal Rafa
  17. I said it before and ill say it again With this clueless clown in charge we will get slaughtered at Old trafford, anfield, etihad. spurs and arsenal will have a field day at the bridge. 4th place? Not a chance
  18. Remember the Jose days we had the UNTOUCHABLES like Cech, Terry, Lampard, Essien, Drogba. All in their prime Somebody explain to me how the only UNTOUCHABLE in our squad is Fernando f**king Torres The worse he is, the more game time he gets What is the f**k is going on at our club???
  19. Before people say we dont need him, lets give him a chance and see what he's like. We played f**king QPR at home without Mata & Hazard and got our arse handed to us. Perhaps our current back ups/squad players need a kick up the arse/more competition.
  20. He must offer something different. I have never seen him play but we could really do with an out and out winger that wants to take players on and cut balls back/whip them in. Moses is the closest we have to that. The others all want to cut inside and shoot (as does Moses to some degree). With Ba up front, we now have a target to aim for. Also, our corners taken by Hazard & Oscar are shocking. Hit the first man more often than not. Lets pray he's a set piece maestro too.
  21. I keep hearing the Giggs & Scholes / loyalty comparisons. Lets break this down. Lampard is 34, Giggs 39, Scholes 38. Frank will be 35 in the summer. He has a lot more time on his side, but lets move on to the second part: Loyalty. I might lose some of you here but i feel the club have been very loyal to Frank. At 30 years of age he was rewarded with an incredibly lucrative 5 year contract. When he signed, he became the highest paid player in the team. What other club would have done that? Now, our over 30's are lucky to get offered a 1 year deal, never mind a 5 year deal at 150k a week! That is an incredible contract. Did the club want to do that? No, he forced their hand. Flirted with a move to Italy until we had no choice. No hard feelings there, good negotiation tactics by his agent and it worked. We have a dilemma United dont have when it comes to Giggs/Scholes. They obey their managers every command. He is the boss, always has been. Who does Frank answer to? Depends on who the current flavour of the week is in the managerial merry go round. Frank is known to kick up a fuss if hes not being selected week in week out. The united lads wouldn't do that. Also, with the offers he will be getting from different clubs around the world, he's probably thinking why should he have to take a pay cut. I want him to stay, 1 year contract. If everybody is happy, we can renew again next year. Any manager we bring in has enough problems to deal with without Frank becoming an issue (again?). If the AVB stories are true, maybe the club feel he has to go. Then again, this is the same club who think Rafa & Torres will save us. May the lord have mercy on our souls
  22. We dont have the players for a 442 Bertrand - Mikel - Oscar - Rambo Is the best 4 man midfield i can see working for the system and keeping width to give the two strikers more space centrally. Unless we tried a diamond Perhaps something like ----------Mata---------- -Oscar ---------Rambo ---------Mikel---------- The team needs Hazard though. He offers more than Torres
  23. Even when Drogba wasn't scoring he contributed to the team most games in terms of linking up play, holding the ball up, creating space for team mates and keeping defenders busy. The last two games I've noticed Torres actually gets in the way, running towards Oscar who is dribbling at a defender instead of running into space and giving the defender something to think about. Its actually looked like schoolboy stuff where the kid is attracted to the ball and f**ks everything up He's never around to pounce on a rebound, always on his heels watching the match. He's a spectator. He comes out of hiding when things are going well but when it matters he doesn't have the bottle
  24. He cant miss an open goal if he doesn't bother making any runs in the box. Just walk about out wide and let somebody else take the responsibility , why not
