Wigan Vs Chelsea (Prem) 21/08/10, 17:15 Ko
One further stat to add is that only Birmingham City have kept us out in our last 40 Premier League games. That was 0-0 at Saint Andrews last December.

Lovely headed goal by Kalou.

Neymar
A good decision by Neymar. He is not ready yet to come to Europe. I am sure that when he is a little bit older he will come to Europe, probably Spain IMO.

Following Our Nearest And Dearest Rivals
Goal in Salzburg: Red Bull Salzburg 1-3 Hapoel Tel-Aviv! Hapoel extend their lead with a counter attacking goal from Itay Shechter on 53 minutes.

Following Our Nearest And Dearest Rivals
I don't know if they would count as rivals but Hapoel Tel-Aviv are currently in action tonight in the Champions League. They are currently 2-1 up in their first-leg play-off match away at Red Bull Salzburg. The scorers for Hapoel were Nigerian International keeper Vincent Enyeama, and former Chelsea striker Ben Sahar. I am sure fellow Blues will remember the autumn of 2001...

Really, I don't mind.

Following Our Nearest And Dearest Rivals
I am pleased that Tottenham have got back into the game tonight. It would be cruel on Tottenham fans if their team got knocked out at this stage of the competition. If this was Liverpool I would be very angry at this moment in time, but as it is Spurs I don't really mind.

Correct Score Poll Vs Wigan
I reckon Chelsea will win 4-0, with goals from Drogba, Anelka, Kalou, and Essien.

Chelsea Vs West Brom (Motm)
Has to be Drogba. He played magnificently today. Hopefully he will keep his form going throughout the season.

Chelsea V. West Brom (Prem) 14/08/10, 17:30 Ko Bst
I have just seen the highlights of the Chelsea game on the BBC. I have to say that we played really really well, but how bad were West Brom? They were just so bad defensively throughout the game, almost as bad as Wigan against Blackpool. It is very good to see Drogba off the mark in such terrific fashion. Its a good start but we need to keep it going.

What The "Experts" Predict..
Oi! Don't slag of TalkSport. It is one of the finest broadcasting insitutions in the country. Getting back to the predictions that the pundits have made are quite frankly boring. Below is what I personally think the top Seven will be come the end of the season: 1. Manchester United 2. Manchester City 3. Arsenal 4. Chelsea 5. Liverpool 6. Tottenham 7. Everton I honestly believe that if Carlo does not sign a quality and experienced centre halve we will struggle, especially during the winter period of the season.

Chelsea Pre-Season
I have been very dissapointed with Chelsea's pre-season's results this summer. The form that we have shown has been our worst set of results for at least 10 years, and the worse under the ownership of Roman Abramovich. What has been the most disspointing ubove all has been the defensive aspect of our game, in that we have been conceding many poor goals. The worse being the goal scored by Berbatov against us in the community shield. I personally feel that Hilario should have stayed on his line or at least not come out as much as he did. The only positive to come out of pre-season has been the fact that we have been able to score at least a goal in every game that we have played, which is encouraging. From what I have seen I personally that we will not win anything this season.

Correct Score Poll Vs West Brom
I am going for a 2-0 win on this one. I can see West Brom coming to the Bridge with a defensive game plan. In terms of the goalscorers I am going for Lampard and Malouda to score one each.

Champions League
I can only see one winner of this season's Champions League: Real Madrid. I think that they now have the final piece of the jigsaw in the form of our former manage Joser Mourinho, who has spent very wisley in this summer's transfer market. It will be interesting to see though how Jose deals with the likes of Cristano Ronaldo and so on.

Drogba has groin operation
Something tells me its going to be one of those seasons for Chelsea, medically speaking of course.

Alex Out for a Month
Probably yeah. I think Riccy will stay this season, and then leave afterwards to move back to Portugal in the next summer transfer market.

2010/2011 Champions League
My expectations for the Champions League this season are for Chelsea to as usual get pass the group stage. I would like to point out that Chelsea have never failed to get out of the group stage of the competition. In the eight group stage campaigns that we have participated since the 1999/2000 season we have finished in first on six occasions. As for beyond the group stage I have no idea. What I do know is that if we get either Real or Barca in the next round or beyond I cannot see us getting pass them, or even Bayern Munich for that matter. For me they are the three teams and along maybe Inter that the rest have to beat in this season's competition.

Not good news to hear. What the f**k is going on?

2010/2011 Champions League
I know there are a few months to go before it starts but I would like to ask members on here what their expectations are for Chelsea in this season's Champions League?

Cech injured!
It is sad that Cech is injured. I am sure that the club will be able to cope without him while he is out.

No. It does not go together with the chant.
