That team looks pretty spot on to be honest. I Like a few others it seems want to see Josh come in instead of essien as well as a) Essien is struggling a bit at the minute and B) Josh can hopefully add some creativity in there and make our midfield a bit more fluid. Doubt he will though but hope he atleast gets some gametime and shows Carlo that he can atleast have some faith in him. Want a big performance from Malouda as well and want him to actually play on the left as opposed to being another centre mid! 2-0 Chelsea COME ON!! QUE SARA SARA

Luiz. says it all about our team at the moment when he was our best player going forward. Really good full debut though which is encouraging and its great to see Ramires improving each time he plays. Ofcourse would be different had they scored that pen mind...

Doesnt us playing 4-3-3 mean we are supposed to have wingers!? Where on earth were malouda and anelka?? They just managed to get in the way of the midfield, didnt offer any width, slowed the game up completely when we were on the attack then either just passed it back or gave the ball away. Tonight they just seemed so reluctant to go past people and offer any form of width so we could actually stretch Fulham. They defended well but it was still fairly comfortable, all we managed was to muster a few shots from miles out. If we want any fluidity going forward can Carlo atleast try and have faith in Josh? I know itll be a big risk but from the uninspiring performances we've been seeing from our midfield surely warrants a gamble in order to change it?? Josh is the only player in the squad that looks like he could unlock a defence at the moment from what ive seen of him, and i dont think he would be scared to try a through ball every now and then either. We are still a very good side and you can see that from how we controlled the game tonight, Just going forward we seem so static and predictable...?

They should just have it so that its on terrestrial tv only, the 3 hour build up to the final on BBC etc. Take it back to the old days when it wasnt so commercialised and yeah give the winner a spot in the champions league means every club will take it seriously again. I completely understand what you mean about width. We were so narrow yesterday with our diamond and it only seemed to be Cole/Bosingwa providing any width, and they were doubled up on whenever they went forward- then inevitably forced backwards. We should have switched to the old tried and tested 4-3-3 earlier perhaps as the players seem to know what they are doing with that formation, and we have much more width going forward whilst havin a spare man in the middle. I reckon we would have fared much better there but who knows- the way we were playing we could have played 180 minutes and not have scored. I thought the change of system was gonna come with the torres/kalou swap but it turned out it was just a straight swap which was confusing as Torres is still more of a goal threat than kalou... (even though he's been good recently)

1st chance iv had to post after the game and f**kng hell that was a shambles. the whole team looked as if a load of strangers had just been thrown in together without a clue what to do. Could not pass to each other, no one was making any runs, no movement. was a shocking performance and id say worse than any of our winless streak earlier this season. After all the build up and the momentum we had seemed to pick up over the last few weeks yesterday came as a bit of a kick in the balls to see the whole team look so abject and poor. Cant really pick out anyone for criticism as the whole team was shocking but was strange to see frank so off the boil and so much for us all thinking that anelka had rediscovered himself after the sunderland game! Oh well we're still 10 points behind utd even though they lost... why would we want to close the gap?? im guessing we cant be arsed trying to win the league this year then?

Talking of injuries I Wouldnt mind a few bouts of spuds-esque food poisoning to hit the teams around us so we can get catch up! For the game on sunday Id have the same line up starting as against sunderland, even though Ramires has been playing well and beginning to adjust i still think this game might go too quickly for him and we could do with essien and mikels presence (despite their form). Whats great now is that we have another quality striker and with Anelka's performance yesterday we could easily switch to a plan B which we've looked short of at times in the past. Looking forward to Sunday so much and cant wait to get our own back on them- i really hope torres scores and runs over to their fans and gives it the 'shhhhhhh'. I hope we humiliate them!

Really good performance second half all round. Very professional and put the game to bed with ease. First half a few dodgy moments at the back but generally going forward we looked really dangerous all night. Anelka showed he can still be arsed and was amazing tonight and it looks like lampards slowly coming back to fitness tonight- made some nice passes and tracked back well. Keep this up and we are right amongst it! KTBFFH!

Anelka for me by miles. Deserved his goal and used the ball really well all night. Someone said it on chat earlier on... give him a go tip of the diamond? (if we go diamond..)

Ridiculous double standards by the FA. The fact that they only got beat 3-2 due to a last minute goal shows that the team wasn't so weak after all. The wolves v united game last season is completely different as Mick Mccarthy said they were not going to win there and they had a really important game a few days later. If a team can have 25 players in a squad why are they not allowed to utilise it??
