I think he is pretty even with Crespo at the moment with combined total of transfer fees worth about £70mil. Anelka will move somewhere before his career is over so he should be able to take the first place in that category. But if you ask me which of them has been better value for the money, I'd say Crespo any day of the week. It's such a shame Hernan and his family never settled into the life in London.
