What changes would you like for next year? (merged)
Can we swap Torres for Modric?

POLL: Do you think Ancelotti should stay or go?
I don't want him to go but I reckon he will. His is a gentleman though, credit to him. I wish the players could have done more for him today, especially with JT saying in his 500 interview that he loved Carlo and hoped he'd stay. Torres was dreadful. It's not just about the not shooting, where his confidence seems shot, it's that he looks lazy on the pitch. He put no heart into it today at all.

MOTM vs Newcastle (Home)
Has to be Ivan. Not just for the goal but he showed about twice the committment of most of the other players. He's been good lately. Josh was decent too but not MOTM standard in my opinion. Nobody else even close.

You mean second surely?

Chelsea v Newcastle (PL) 15/05/11 KO 13:30 BST
I agree. I normally think of myself of an optimist, even during our crap period but today was just depressing as hell. We had nothing to offer. Torres was shocking, Lampard absent. I think Man City will be challenging for the title next year and we know United will be around it too. We've really got to step up to keep ahead of Liverpool and Arsenal (if indeed we finish above Arsenal)

The New Kit!
Not keen but we'll see. I'm getting one anyway cus I'm a sucker for new kits. A marketing man's ideal fan...especially when it's first outing was so dire.

Awful. But that sh*t just was our season all over. Glad to see the back of it but I'm lost as to what we should do. I wouldn't like to be Carlo, or whoever it's going to be, trying to fix this over the summer. Thought we had some flashes of hope with a guy like Josh. We need to harness the energy of the youngsters, including Luiz (even if Alex did alright today). But it'll take more than that.

But Just, I do agree with you on O'Neill!

POLL: Do you think Ancelotti should stay or go?
Thanks for the debating tips but I still think it's bonkers. Harry is almost out of his depth at Spurs, he'd be a disaster for us. It's been interesting listening to my Spurs fan friends who were loving the rollercoaster ride for a while (and granted they're delighted by the CL run) but even they're starting to ask questions about his pretty one-dimensional tactics and his lack of imagination on the transfer market. I'm not sure your points 4 and 5 have any relevance to him being a good Chelsea manager (I actually think he'd stand a far better chance as England manager). I didn't say who I thought should replace Carlo because, as I did say, I think he should stay. He's done enough to deserve another season. It's not just about stability, he's a proven good manager (with us and with others).

David Luiz
I reckon he'll turn out to be a brilliant sigining, few doubts about that. Hopefully he can learn some good lessons from JT to get there quicker.

So, I won a competition...
Yes. And I was going to say, if there helping you train then the least you could do is help Luiz with his English homework. Congrats and have fun!

POLL: Do you think Ancelotti should stay or go?
He should stay, we need a bit more continuity and I think the players like him. It's ridiculous just to keep sacking managers. Give him one more season at least. And the post earlier suggesting Redknapp as an alternative is totally bonkers.

I agree! And my avatar is staying.

MOTM vs Man Utd (Away)
Cech. I think he's probably not had this as much as he should have this year. Probably player of the season. Him or JT.

Manchester United v Chelsea (PL) 08/05/11 KO 16:10 BST
Reading this is more depressing than the game. A few weeks ago we'd all written off the title and would have been delighted with second. The performance today wasn't good enough, no denying that but it's not a cause of all this "the end is nigh" stuff. Keep Carlo, weed out a couple of players and come back strong after the break.

Manchester United v Chelsea (PL) 08/05/11 KO 16:10 BST
I think Torres has got to start or not play at all. He won't have impact as a sub and all the scabby United fans would jeer the hell out of him when he comes on the pitch in the second half.

haha love it.

Chelsea v Tottenham Hotspur (PL) 30/04/11 KO 17:30 BST
BBC Sport: "Chelsea appealed for a penalty moments later after Younes Kaboul appeared to bring down Kalou but replays showed the Spurs defender had in fact played the ball. " Idiots.

MOTM vs Spurs
Luiz and Mikel for me. Drogba was below par compared to recent games and his yellow was totally his fault. I'd have taken him off rather than Torres.

I agree. Can we keep him?

Chelsea v Tottenham Hotspur (PL) 30/04/11 KO 17:30 BST
Surely we deserved some luck this season. And if the fates should reward the team who was better over 90 minutes then we definitely deserved to win. Not our best performance but they were lousy except for one moment of brilliance.

Agree, Drogs was good today (if not quite as good as the last couple of games)

Terry & Bridge
Yeh Bridge deserved it. W*nker.

Yeh and liked the cut to Carlo with a little smile on his face. Definitely a feelgood moment. Good game boys.
