I thought the lino had a stormer today, we give the officials enough credit. Mikel was very good today, I'd probably give it him, but I thought second half was a great team effort.

I gave it to A. Cole, who I thought did a great job at the back and going forward. Our worst player was Drogba (I know, he had a nice free kick, but he had loads of poor passes, and his tantrum with Mariner was uncalled for).

Mikel gets my vote as well. He was badly let down by a below par Essien in the first half and did the job of one and a half players.

Mikel for me as well. Normally slate him but felt he played very well today. Wasnt even that bothered when Essien went off instead of him. Couple misplaced places but on the whole very good today.

Mikel for me, had a good game against a strong and tricky side, proof he can do it in the better company.

We got lucky today but a win is a win torres for me

Mikel by far our best player today. Luiz, Cole, Drogba & Malouda (in 1st half) played well.

Am I the only one who thought Drogba's passing was appalling, not to mention his hiissy-fit that got him a yellow?

Lamps for me, thought he was great, great tracking back all game. Mikel solid too, he carried Essien at times.

Modric is a class act, have to say.

I thought Mikel was unusually solid in the holding role, he made Essien look redundant in the first half. Credit where credit is due.

As to Kalou, I remember a thread about him having this great interview and being the consummate professional, like Ferreira, who has no problem being on the bench. Well, maybe we have to reconsider that perception of Kalou.

Don't think anyone really stood out for us today. Good solid team performance and it's hardto give it to one of our midfielders when a Sp*rs midfielder totally ran the show for most of the match (Modric).

What a 3 points though and lets hope Arsenal can find some bottle for once tomorrow to keep things interesting.

Mikel had his best game in a while so he gets my vote, I don't think anyone else stood out today but that's fine, if we've re-discovered the knack of winning ugly then that's fine with me.

Went for Branislav. No-one really stood out for me though, but could have possibly gone to Mikel instead.
