With regards to Inter, let's not forget why Juve were relegated and why Milan had points deducted. They may have pushed them closer for titles if they were on a level playing field. That said, there's no denying that Mourinho made them a far better team and they certainly wouldn't have won the Champions League without him.

Whatever about disappointment about him going elsewhere, I would sh*t my pants with the fear of Rafa being offered the job instead.

I've been in and out of this thread numerous times today, trying to see if jaycee was genuine or not. And to be fair he doesn't seem to be here to troll. He has also posted his views, however much they may differ from the majority here, without insulting people or using abusive language. If I could offer an explanation for the reaction he's got it would be that in my relatively short time here, I've seen time and time and time again people signing up, either posing as Chelsea fans or outright admitting to being opposition fans, with the sole intention of winding us up and taking the piss out of the club. I try to ignore them, as I'm sure do others. But it is an annoyance and I'm sure many were suspicious of the fact that you signed up today and this is the only thread you have posted in, and showed support for Rafa and said JT wasn't a legend. Now, you're entitled to hold those views, but you can maybe see why people would view you with suspicion.

Didn't Rafa say for about 3 months that the fans chanting didn't affect him as he was too busy concentrating on the game? So by that logic that excuse is out the door.

Well the ordeal is finally over. I'll be happy with whoever comes in instead because he'll have one massive thing going for him, he won't be called Rafa Benitez. We've all heard about how lucky we are to have him and how we should appreciate him and, to be honest, that has annoyed me more than the man himself. As I said in another thread, I'm really looking forward to the Rafa w**kfest moving on to the next club he manages. If I were to pay him a compliment it would be to say he hasn't been a failure here. But that's about it. Considering where we were when we took over, and considering the players at his disposal, he's done the minimum required of him; a top 4 finish and a trophy. He didn't improve on what RDM was doing and we look no better now than we did in November. So in conclusion, he's done an OKish job and achieved, just about, the results required and now we can all move on and be positive about the future.

I just looked back at the posts following Everton's goal and I don't see any abusive posts. I see people posting about poor defending and Luiz's error. Nobody said anything that I would consider abusive. Now, if they had, then I'd agree with what you posted. There have been plenty of times this season where people have posted absolutely outrageous things, but not today, so far. The only abusive posts have been yours.
