Greetings & Salutations from not so stormin' Norman
Not bad, but I am a bit confused. In an earlier post, you state that you detest reggae, but that song sounds reggae-like to me.

Congratulations Henrique
I think the answer to that question is NO, since he is likely their third choice keeper.

Happy 40th Jason
Well, that depends. Did he play for the Spuds after or before he played for us?

Celtic and Rangers playing in England?
Funny, since I live in Manassas, Virginia, which is only a few miles/kilometers from Dumfries, Virginia. Maybe Scots in America found that city.

Celtic and Rangers playing in England?
Queen of the South should also be admitted into the Premier League, since they have such a cool name.

Congratulations Henrique
That's great. He is such a nice guy, and a good keeper as well.

MOTM vs Man United
I voted Ivan, and am proud of it. Yes, Obertan did have his way with Ivan in the last 10 minute or so, but he had fresh legs, and even then Ivan did his job well (remember that header off of O'Shea's cross that was destined for Obertan's funny-looking skull?).

So who do we sign in January?
I guess he never scored on a header. He looks very pedestrian to me, nothing exciting, but rather the passes to him are what impresses me more. Also, a poor penalty taker -- that double hesitation, followed by a save, and then a lucky send chance is telling.

Match Of The Day
Hopefully, Lofty joined RedCafe, and is giving all of the Mancs sh*t right now (at least I hope so).

Celtic fans disrupt minute's silence
Dang, you guys over there stay up late. I would be deep in my REM sleep by now, but then again I am older than you young lads.

Why I think we'll win the league
No, I saw no tactical changes by Carlo, but I must be honest and say that I would not have seen one even if he made one. About Riccy, I don't recall him ever wandering much past midfield when Jose was arouund, except for our corners. I could be wrong about that, but that's what I remember.

Why I think we'll win the league
Enough about Mourinho. Geez, he would go ballistic if any of our defenders crossed the mid-field line, and no one seems to get on his case about that. I happen to like the fact that our defenders can actually make runs and overlaps and all, whereby that would never happen with the "defence-first" Mourinho. I think Ancellotti had our tactics fairly good tonite, and I cannot fault him much, if at all.

The United game, before and after
Fair enough. Though if you eat haggis, I think that makes you Scottish even if you were not born there. YUCKKKKKKKK!

MOTM vs Man United
Nani was right in that Obertan did have the best of Ivan when he came on, but that Frenchie is skilled, and his legs were fresh.

The United game, before and after
Geez, Loz, I know that you are Scottish, but Fletcher was hacking anyone within 5 feet of him today. He was a butcher, and not much more. I think our free kick was deserved, and the goal also was deserved, since Drogs and Brown got tangled together, and neither one was at fault. Anderson was their best player behind Rooney, in my opinion, so I disagree totally with you there as well.

Chelsea vs Man Utd (Prem Home) 08/11/09 1600 KO
I figure that we need to be about 8 points clear at the Christmas break, given that we would have played most of the big-four matches at our home, and given that January will be a dicey month for us with the ACN. Also, our last three away matches are doozies, so we need to have a nice pad before then. Now, for some objective comments about ManU: 1) Rooney is dangerous whenever he touches the ball. 2) Evra is a solid defender, and was not at his attacking best today. 3) Wes Brown was surprisingly good. 4) Anderson held his own in midfield. 5) Carrick was like Lamps today, very quiet. 6) Evans is a dirty player, no doubt about that. 7) Giggs' age showed today, though he had some nice moments. 8) O'Shea did his job in a quiet and efficient manner.

MOTM vs Man United
Yes, Nani, it is a surprise to see Ivanovic going forward so much. I used to think that he was a defensive-minded defender, but it looks like that is not the case.

I hate Obertan -- looks like a mental midget!

MOTM vs Man United
Great minds thinks alike, Loz. Too me, not even close -- Ivan!

Chelsea vs Man Utd (Prem Home) 08/11/09 1600 KO
For a change, we got the luck of a close call by a linesman. In the 7th minute, our offsides trap did not work against Rooney (he was a yard onside), but we got a favorable decision from the linesman. Otherwise, he was going to be one-on-one with Cech. I like the strength of Essien out there, but Deco seems a bit too weak to handle the strong ManU midfielders, though he is making nice passes.

how did obertran get away with this
Obertan reminds me of a simpleton. His head shape, with that large back lobe sticking out, is symbolic of someone missing a chromosone or two. He probably drools in his sleep. And he is a crapaud to boot!

try something new
Jay-Z sucks, and this song is horrid. I just don't see what others see in his songs, they are putrid. I yearn for the good old days of rap (Run-DMC, Houdini, Big Daddy Kane, . . .).

Bolton vs Chelsea (Prem) 31/10/09 1500 KO
Thanks for the clip of our 4th goal. I now recall after watching it that my first reaction was anger, since if you notice Drogba's expression right after he scores, he seems forlorn for some reason, which I took as seeing an offside flag raised. That was not the case, but at the time I was mad that this beautiful goal would not stand (especially after seeing Ivan's goal not given due to someone in an offsides position in the first half).
