Newcastle United vs Chelsea (PL) Sun 11th May 12:00 GMT
Without getting into too much details, we were pretty awful when Jackson was on the field. After he departed, we actually done well to hold them at bay, and created couple of real good chances. Eventually, the energy bar ran out and we conceded an unlucky second goal. But in hindsight, if Jackson didn't play and we had George or Sancho ( or the cleaner) to start, may get a point if not all 3 . This is one game I can't fault the rest of the team, and even Maresca ( apart from picking Jackson)

Real Betis vs Chelsea (ECL) Wed 28th May 25 20:00 GMT
Play against a team with Anthony as their star player, never thought that would happen this season 😁 Let's win this one, to add some credibility to the status of the club, and aims higher next season of course.

Nice, looks like Maresca will win a trophy before Areta this season😁 It should not have even been a close game if PSG was any decent taking chances. I really hate players doing the slow run ups and try to play mind game with the GK , what happened to the good old days of just run up and smash it low ( or high) to either corner, it's near impossible for a GK to react if hits with good power.

BlueCo buy Chelsea FC
They are in for the business opportunity, not to learn the art and history of football. Not surprised at all by the lack of knowledge, although I'd think one of Boehly's minions should have shared some information prior to the meeting, unless it's unplanned.

Chelsea vs Liverpool (PL) Sun 4th May 16:30 GMT
Maybe they will be so drunk after the weekend of partying, and let us off the hook 😁 In all seriousness, Slott won't allow it, and this one could be anything. We will need both Levia and Caicedo to block the middle, can't let Cucu stays so high up the field like he did against Lesser teams.

Mykhailo Mudryk signs for Chelsea
Do they own a MLS club, just sell to them for a record 120M, in 15 payments over 10 years.

Enzo Maresca - Chelsea "Head Coach" *Official NOW SACKED*
Talk about thinking out of the box , I like 😁 Let's hope we don't smuggle him into the dressing room within a laundry basket.

That's the kind of record of Jose at his prime. I

Fulham vs Chelsea (PL) Sun 20th Apr 25 14:00 GMT
A win is a win, all that matters. Jackson didn't even get his usual yellow, feel like a bonus ( or NOT) 😄 I don't think our general play was any good, 2 goals out of individual quality at the right time of the game. Again, not complaining. To his credit, Maresca made the change early in this game, although the half time change weren't game defining, it definitely helped.

Enzo Maresca - Chelsea "Head Coach" *Official NOW SACKED*
I mean Carlo did manage Everton briefly, so we aren't completely out of the question. But, the fact Maresca is not even at risk of being sacked just shows how much the owners care about the on field actions right now. Are they really going to pay Maresca out for a better manager? Moeny says no.

Chelsea (3) vs (0) Legia Warsaw (ECL) Thurs 17th April 25 20:00 GMT
Not sure how to make sense of this. We got through, nobody will remember the result past tomorrow. But the opposition is pretty poor, losing at home doesn't leave a good taste with anyone. Palmer just can't buy a goal right now, still think he'd be better rested instead of almost 60 minutes on the field in a match like this. Nuknku and Jackson, what's the point of them playing, or playing together?

We will get through, but for god sake let's hope we manage the rotations a bit better this time.

It's funny PSG is a better team now without Mbape. While Real, who had him for free, just doesn't look the same team for the last couple of seasons. It's like add icing on the cake, only for the icing to turn the whole cake sour 😄

Cole Palmer signs for Chelsea!
Pretty much that. A manager is meant to fix things, not to break something that's proven to be working, e.g. Palmer's goal scoring. Instead, after a sound start of the season, all the sudden Palmer's been shifted from his usual zone, week after week been drifted out of the game, and we can't even get him to score once a month.

BlueCo buy Chelsea FC
As likely as Trump admits " I didn't understand Tariff and f* it up" 😁 Sorry to refer to politics, but it's about as likely as that. The ownership groups will keep going with the approach until they lose so much money and decided to back out of it, which won't be good news either.

Cole Palmer signs for Chelsea!
If he's not match fit, why pick him to play 2 games in about 3 days? I still don't get why we played a first 11 against Warsaw on Thursday? Sure, we will likely to rest lots of them next round, but the damage was done yesterday. For me, Palmer is playing further away from the goal, the real shot he had was in the dying minutes. He used to be around the edge of the box all game, that role has been taken by lesser players.
-
Marc Cucurella
Scores a few goals, but defensively is just awful. If we just want a wingback in that position, could have just stick with Chiwell, who got a better shot and probably a better defender
-
Jadon Sancho
Good on him finally taking a punt today, and got us the point. But 1 goal after 30 games doesn't change much. Unless he really has a strong finish in the final phase of the season, dont see the point of keeping him, apart from some potentially smart money reasons.

Chelsea vs Ipswich Town (PL) Sun 13th Apr 25 14:00 GMT
Did not see this one coming, facing a team that's destined to go down at home, still couldn't get sh1t together to get past them. Sure, a spirited fight back, but should never been in the position in the first place. Why did Maresca pick a strong team for the conference league game on Thursday, and make most of them do it again in 3 days time? The defence is just shambles, couldn't even buy a fault to stop the goal. Especially the first goal, just fault their target man to stop the pass , basic stuffs. Why is Enzo ended up in lots of those positions in the box, instead of Palmer? He's just not that good of a finisher, despite a few goals here and there. Our best player is almost un-noticeable these days. Jackson is still Jackson, give him credit for distract Ipswich defenders to allow Cucu ghost in the box 🤐 But for god sake from a few yards out, still able to find the post out of all the empty spaces in front of him.

Christopher Nkunku to Chelsea
To be fair to Havertz, he does show up every second or third weekend. Unlike Nkunku, probably just don't want get shirt dirty when he plays these days. Again, if he's clearly not bothered, why still picking him, just leave him out.

Pedro Neto *Official*
One thing I give him credit so far is he's actually match fit up to this point of the season, which was a rarity. Just like a few other players, don't think the current pedantic style fits him.

Brentford vs Chelsea (PL) Sun 6th April 25 14:00 GMT
Another forgettable game, how are we still at the 4th spot is almost as puzzling as solving our scoring issues. Don't get me wrong, Brentford is a capable side, but just didn't see much of our intentions to force the result. I mean if Palmer scored a late goal, we'd call it a stroke of genius, rather than a deserved win. With the 5th spot almost assured of a CL spot, think Maresca may just get there and have another year of running this team.

Nicolas Jackson - striker
Couldn't tell he was on the field until that yellow card. I suppose we could give him some credit, he was playing and we won a game.

Chelsea vs Tottenham Hotspur (PL) Thu 3rd Apr 25 20:00 GMT
Not going to complain after beating Spurs, It's a forgettable game for most part, the football was so poor that in the last few minutes the Spurs couldnt even launch the ball into the box 😄 I think Angie is done after this game, so Spurs will reboot to version 1.x again. We looked ok, the cancelled goals even each side up. Sanchz had 2 saves to make all game, messed up 1 big time and luckily it wasn't punished. We will probably get ripped apart by Liverpool by current performance, but that's another problem for another day.

Arsenal vs Chelsea (PL) Sun 16th March 25 13:30 GMT
For me, the 5 years view is a loser's attitude. I get the long term vision and all that, but as a manager at this level , you don't say it out loud you have a 5 year time line to achieve something, unless it's something really amazing. Every season there should be a clear goal, there is bound to be reactions if not reaching the goal. I'm not even going to talk about investment spent, no other managers in this league has 5 years to reach their goal, why should Maresca get a free pass?
