  1. This is against the best defence in the world. Look at how intricate the passing is, no one hogging the ball or slowing the game down. Quick and incisive. No better team in the world at defending with a low block than Juventus.
  2. It's been happening for years and years at Chelsea since Abramovich bought the club. The Old Guard were privy to it despite constantly winning trophies and possibly having the club's best interests at heart. This current lot couldn't give a sh*t about the club and it's painfully obvious from the outset. No motivation to win local derbies (losses to Arsenal and Spurs) and our biggest defeat in 23 years dating back to losing Liverpool 5-1 in the league. Mourinho, Conte and now Sarri all having the same issue when we're not involved in a title race. All different philosophies, ways of training and personalities yet all with the same problem. I read a theory online about Conte's issue with the dressing room as well as the board but in particular, the Brazillian players in our dressing room. Now of course, Conte did win the league with Costa & Luiz as mainstays in the team but I thought this was quite interesting. Conte arrived, within months Oscar was sold to China, Costa wanted to leave and Pedro was being picked over Willian. The following season (17/18), he had a huge rift with Costa who left, Kenedy was shipped out to Newcastle despite us having one left wing back in Alonso, Luiz was out of the team for the whole season and Willian spent a fair portion of it on the bench and always subbed him no matter what if he started, his post on instagram at the end of the season with trophies covering Conte was embarassing. Willian also admitted that he would have left Chelsea if Conte had stayed at the club for another season. Brazillian players are known for starting cliques and banding together in the dressing room (See PSG) as well as *some* having bad attitude problems. Again, this could be a load of rubbish but it also seems strange that the same situation is occuring with the likes of Willian and Luiz still around. I think we have a bit of an issue in our dressing room in regards to how the players motivate themselves when we can no longer win the league, it's pathetic for well paid athletes to perform in the manner they did last night. I can accept losing but not in that way. Of course, Sarri has to take some responsibility for refusing to start Hudson Odoi, Loftus Cheek and Christensen who all deserve to be in the starting line up over the current crop of players as well as his stubborness when it comes to tactics. What do you think? Thanks for reading
  3. Oh I agree with you, I dislike so many of our current group of players. Think they're mercenaries of the highest order.
  4. Manager has to go. Dressing room doesn't seem interested.
  5. Good team, shame about Hudson Odoi though. Bournemouth without their two best players. You know what that means... 3-2 Bournemouth.
  6. Very good movement and his first touch is so much better than what we’re used to seeing (Morata & Costa). Didn’t really get any service so hard to judge.
  7. Don't want Emerson to start as that means Alonso will start against Bournemouth. I'm going for the following: CABALLERO ZAPPACOSTA RUDIGER CHRISTENSEN ALONSO AMPADU RLC KOVACIC HUDSON ODOI GIROUD WILLIAN 4-1 Chelsea.
  8. Been wanting to make this poll for a while just to gauge what people's thoughts are. I think Eden will stay and Callum will leave personally. I don't see Real Madrid spending 100m on a 28 year old, going on 29 next season.
  9. I’ve seen people mention the “Brazilian influence” in our dressing room. Conte was obviously onto something, he disliked Costa, Luiz & Willian. Moved on Oscar & Ramires. Maybe he saw a disruptive influence from them.
  10. I’m glad he’s slinging to some of these players. Effort levels are a disgrace at times and some are genuinely nowhere near good enough. Mourinho, Conte and Sarri have all had this problem, all have different philosophies. Why is it we always self destruct after winning the league? One thing I will say, barring a few, this team of players are very dislikable at times. No heart, no effort or character about them.
  11. Best post I’ve seen on here in a long time.
  12. If we lose to Spurs on Thursday and the same old players start then Sarri will be in trouble.
  13. Thankfully we have one of the best big game players in the world already, Eden Hazard.
  14. Our xG (expected goals) is well above how many we actually score. We do not take the very good chances that we get and that's why we don't score many goals. Against Newcastle, Willian and Pedro both had 1 on 1s with the keeper and missed them both. Luiz had a free header from a corner and missed. We're not clinical, that's our biggest issue.
  15. Hazard, Kovacic, Jorginho & Pedro are levels above what Milan have.
  16. Welcome to Chelsea, Gonzalo. We need the it's happening GIF please.
  17. The creativity at Milian is so low that I reckon most top strikers would struggle to score there.
  18. Spurs are in big trouble. They’ve been brought back into the race for top four and they have major injury worries.
  19. Well another game without a win, we won’t score another.
  20. Chelsea rejected the offer. Unbelievable
  21. Oh my god, please accept.
  22. He really dislikes Alonso
