  1. Clearly his preferred position for Josh to learn from is on the bench....
  2. Wait what? I thought he said Reece had a knock and was managing his pain. Was it that and now he is sick?
  3. @BordeauxBlue your thoughts on Emegha please mate. And Sarr if you don't mind.
  4. I mean is anyone expecting him to be available for this?
  5. Yeah I am wondering how this one slipped by us for such a price. We have dedicated scouts in South America, and a connection to that same club with signing Andrey Santos from them. Some have said we are that broke with our loan repayments, that Clearlake wont invest their own money in now and FFP constraints. Perhaps thar is true.
  6. We've been doing what we should expect to do in the league, beating dross like Wolves and West Ham. The result against a in form Brentford was good, I credit Rosenior and the players, especially Sanchez, for it but we have to also thank Lady luck for how poor Brentfords forwards were on the day. The rest of the league results Rosenior has had are ones we should expect to win, not worthy of handing out flowers for, and we likewise should expect to dispatch Hull and Burnely with ease as well. However Leeds are a good, hard working side and a long standing rival. Beat them and I will happily praise the team and Rosenior for it. Then our run in is against sides where every victory gained is one worthy of praise until we reach Forest, where we should expect wins vs them, a dross Spurs and a cr@pped out tired Sunderland at that stage imo. Arsenal (A) Aston Villa (A) Newcastle (H) Everton (A) Man City (H) Man United (H) Brighton (A) Forest (H) Liverpool (A) Spurs (H) Sunderland (A) Now here is where we get to see how Rosenior handles some very different, good teams tactically and mentally.
  7. They do? Think that is just wishful thinking.
  8. VAR and refs cannot help themselves can they?! They want to be stars of the show, so every household knows their names like they know Messi and Ronaldo. It's not about you, you should be on the shadows, you are not the stars! Absolute tw@ts
  9. That or James is returned to midfield and Gusto and Acheampong split right back duties. Aye... remind us again how you feel about our sporting directors Sconnie?
  10. Be nice if he could follow up today with a another Hatty vs Leeds. Real nice
  11. Well I think the majority would be happy if all our wingers not named Estevao would bugger off in the summer window. Would mean RIP/UB/GarnachoCheese would need another name change but is a small price to pay.
  12. This fixture takes me back to the early 2000s. Of course Chelsea and Leeds have a much deeper, personal history with each other dating back to the 1970 FA Cup final. As that is a bit before my time though it was those early 2000s that stood out. Some nasty pieces of work in that Leeds side. Lee Bowyer being the pick of them. Some real quality as well, like Viduka, Keane, Rio and Kewell. Some proper battles. Now they pulled our pants down at Elland Road last time out, and we looked like lame ducks, especially Tosin. Need to set that straight at home. All the big guns and no mercy, please.
  13. Sorry to hear about this. Hopefully your ongoing treatment continues to go well for you Dave. 🙏
  14. Concerning with him coming off looking injured. He would be a big loss.
  15. Arsenal 1st. United 2nd. City 3rd. Liverpool 4th. Rest of us battle for 5th I Reckon.
  16. @GarnachoCheese senior Loz needs your re-education class about our world class Argie wingers please.
  17. Terrible player workload management from him today. For one I would have rested Caicedo and Enzo from the squad today. However having started them why don't you sub them at half time? You are 3 up on a dross team heading for the drop. OK you have no out and out midfield on the bench. It's Wolves ffs! Play Gusto, or Acheampong, or Trev next to Santos and play Garnacho or Estevao in Enzos place. Game every 3 days and he is running those 2 in to the ground. Ditto Cucurella. Also still not minutes for Josh, why are the board not letting him play?
  18. No reason for Caicedo, Enzo, Cole or Cucu to play the second half.
  19. Could well be Sconnie, and is doing nobody any good.
  20. So, in theory, had he had this surgery say in October last year, couldnt he have had his own pre season and staked a better claim for the world cup playing in better shape from February or March onwards? I mean as he is, is he even playing well enough to make England's squad?
  21. Aye, it is. He only gets to make that stwp up by playing though. If he can make it.
  22. Should not be played, nor Neto. Roseniors own words were they had niggles and were in far too much pain for Tuesday. That sort of thing is very unlikely to be fully cleared in a few days. In his words again he said he wont risk a players welfare for just one game.
  23. Well in that time the loans they took to buy us, and put over a billion of debt on us, from Ares management and JP Mogan/bank of America, will have come due and who knows where that leaves us. The stake holders like Wyss, Goldstein and Walter's will also have been expecting their profits too. BlueCo may well have had to sell...
