Losing 50/50s to tiny players, making passes 10 seconds late and generally slowing down our play massively, shying away from tackles despite being one of the biggest and strongest men on the pitch, losing possession unnecessarily and breaking down our composure, I mean I can go on and on. And it's not just this game. We need to get rid of him this summer.

It was so nice when we had a settled team between 2005 and 2010. Strong spine. We need to get it right this summer.

Add another quality LWB to this list and we have the same thing in mind.

If we want to win the league next season and challenge for the CL, it should be our top priority to NOT have Moses, Matic and Alonso starting for us next season. It's an absolute miracle that we were able to win the league with them, especially Matic.

Needs to be sold to the highest bidder. Absolutely sh*t. Not sure how he has managed to start most games for us this season. He just makes the entire team look sh*t when he plays and makes the occasional sh*t performance by the team even worse. We'd be pummeled in the CL if we start with him. Lump of nonsense these days. There's a lot of work that needs to be done on this team.

If he leaves Arsenal for an English club and it's not Chelsea then we aren't really serious about retaining the title or winning the CL.

I was going to go on about how we blew the roof open on wages in the Premier League but then you added the caveat of post-FFP so I'll give you that. We have been a bit more cautious since FFP. Still, we've paid up the wages when we saw the need to. We're hardly constrained like Spurs and Arsenal.

Seeing as we have over 330m in revenue coming in this year excluding player sales and Roman's own intent to hand Conte a huge transfer kitty (according to Matt Law among others), I don't see how this is a thing. We're even more advantaged than them if we happen to have common targets seeing as we're in much better shape as a team. There aren't many players who they can bully us out of.

Not sure how we can integrate him into the team considering even Chalobah is having a hard time getting games but we need to bring this lad in somehow. He's the same age as Bakayoko who we're looking at. Any chance Monaco take him on loan?

Why is he being compared to Alli? He's a lot more Eriksen than Alli.

He played the same 11 most of the season because we were out of the League Cup early and had no European football. It was convenient to do so. Next season will be a lot more brutal as far as fatigue goes. The Christmas period in the league promises to be even more tasking than last year's. It's not impossible to integrate Christensen into the team next season.

Never seen anyone put 'pace' and 'Cahill' in the same sentence without a 'no' preceding the 'pace'. Come on mate. Cahill is fairly decent as far as pace goes, probably faster than JT but he's not as fast as Christensen. Cahill is also a decent ball playing CB for the level you would expect a CB to be at. He's not terrible but he's not great either or even very good. I'm starting to get the feeling that you haven't actually seen much of Christensen. That QPR back 3 was down to Arry not knowing f**k all about the system. It was an all round epic fail across the board.

What do you mean "if he is impatient"? When last were we patient with a young player? Were we patient with Lukaku or De Bruyne? We actually would have lost Courtois if we didn't make the hard decision of getting rid of Cech for him. Probably the one time we made the right move. If Christensen wasn't a Chelsea player, I'm sure some would have been lapping him up. When are we actually going to start giving our young players a chance? This season was the first time we even made some sort of effort to integrate some loan players like Chalobah and to a lesser extent Ake (not counting Moses). It's damaging to the morale of those out on loan if we continue to ignore them. I don't think Christensen is demanding to start every game either. Just a chance to play regular games and start here and there. That's not an outrageous demand for a bright young player.

And what abilities are those that you think Christensen doesn't have? I'm curious.
