Instead of questioning whether he’s a malignant force, the mob rallies behind him as a two-fingered response to all who attack Chelsea. Maybe certain fans should take an honesty check. Because if Jose Mourinho refuses to be the next fall guy, what manager with class will say yes to Abramovich? Or are they going out of their way to ensure he has no ­alternative but to give into dressing-room pressure again and put Terry in charge?

I don't think Wenger has lost it it's not like a player who loses his legs, he still has the hunger and is going mental on the side and he does grow and improve players still. His problem is he has lost perspective and is budgeting for the fourth place trophy. I think him and his board have misled their fans to sell season tickets at high prices with the " we will win the league" " we have a warchest but there is no value". If he leaves Arsenal he will go and manage the ECB to reduce the debt or advise the coalition on austerity. Good news Kompany might be out injured, bad news Barry also has an injury, could have done with slowcoach playing. Apparently the interim and Manchini have met 4 times with two wins and 2 draws for the interim, he is unbeaten against him let us hope he keeps that record on Sunday. The last two have been 0-0 and as we know from earlier in the season have been dreadful games. Hoping Ba can be a bit sharper for this one looking for a big game from the midfield and, confident we will get at least a draw. We are good at times on the counter against teams not sitting back and hopefully with City playing at home and having to go for the win we can benefit from this. The quality of football is less of an issue with me for Moyes more his ability to manage a team in several competitions and be successful. It is not as easy as some like to make out. I agree he is a good man who I have some respect for and talks some sense. I don’t think he is right for the job we need. I will explain why I have come to this conclusion. In 42 games (away) against the so called big four he has not won once. Now I wouldn’t expect him to win loads but you would expect a few wins at least. Finally there is the issue of our board, he is used to total autonomy he even gets his dad doing scouting he has total control. At Chelsea this is not how we roll, and if we didn’t give it Jose we sure as well won’t be giving it Moyes. Compare that to Pelligrini a much smaller club and the difference is huge.
