Posted May 27, 200916 yr Hi guys, I played in a Chelsea supporters tournament last year at Cobham, and just wondered if there were any plans to do it again this year?

May 27, 200916 yr I've just left a message with the club to see how we can enter a team officially. I think the guy from CFC net who started it last year has moved on - I've bloody lost his contact details anyway - so if anyone has an other ideas how to enter, go for it.

Mike, Mor than happy to assist with kit etc as before, but cannot co-ordinate as I am away for the 2 weeks, immediately preceding the tournament which is on 12th July.
May 28, 200916 yr Right, I've now received the official invite and we need to reply that we're up for this by the end of May. As previously stated, I'm not around on the day and neither is Ethical. Coombsie is unable to help leading up to the big day either so we desperately need a manager. I'm going to mail seperately all the guys who played last year and see if one of them can co-ordinate through the forum. If anyone else who missed out last year wants to play and / or manage, then no prob - announce yourself on here and I'll get the details over. Loz / Mod, can you therefore make this thread a sticky so folk can easily find it and maybe also stick a banner on the front page. Come on you Shed End Athletic. May 28, 200916 yr I'll be on holiday being burnt to a crisp by the sun and its rays, so I won't be able to put in another ineffective shift on the left wing, missing open goals and generally being inept.
May 28, 200916 yr Author Hopefully Dave and Mark that came along with me last year (Centre back and Right Back) should be able to make it as well. If needed I could probably get another 3 or 4 chelsea fans that are pretty good as well.

June 1, 200916 yr I've told the organisers we're up for it and wait to hear whether there's a space for us. Can I reiterate that someone needs to volunteer to be manager as I can't do it and there's a load of organisation to be done for the day (pick your half-time songs, decide on hat to wear etc etc) Come on someone...

I'll put a plea in for being on the preferred list next year. The competing teams are: cfc.uk Blue and White Army Cfc.net Chelsea Supporters Group Chelsea Bristol and Bath Hastings Chelsea Chelsea Italia Ryan Collings team ( no name yet)
