Next up is My Bloody Valentine in November and got tickets to see The Cure (yet again) in August.

Oh fantastic, I saw them years ago when they were in their pomp in the early 90`s. Brilliant band, held back a bit by the one song everyone knows.

I was supposed to go to this but my mate fell ill so we cancelled, pretty gutted as Ive wanted to see them for years.

Saw My Bloody Valentine on Thursday. Without a doubt the loudest gig i have ever been too. Only really feel my ears have stopped ringing today.

Going to see the Chantel McGregor Band tomorrow night. She's a superb guitarist. Plays blues. Performing at a club not far from where I live. So far it's been a good couple of days for blues with Chelsea winning and Scotland beating England in the rugby union. Just need the Chelsea women to beat Liverpool women and Rangers to beat Hearts tomorrow and finish off the weekend with lots of blues music.

This is my next one.

I like Mogwai and Slowdive a lot and The Cure are, for me, the finest band ever. Been to sh*t load of gigs over the years but this one could surpass them all.
