One time i ran on the pitch in the 80s. Shook Canovilles hand...He said be carefull as security will be on.....SOMEONE HELP ME WITH TIMES...WAS IT EARLY 80s...WAS IT AGAINST ARSENAL...I REMEMBER CLEARING SNOW MAYBE...So many matches in my head....Get muddled up with times n dates..I know one of you experts will know if there was a scenario where we helped with the snow at the Bridge against maybe Le Arse in early 80s...Ten points for the first clever dick, or are my memories totally mixed up

Eddie Mac, have you or anyone posted the Oldham game in 79/80 last game of the season. Would love to see again, to see how close we came to promotion. Remember celebrations during the game with scores coming in over the radio favouring us. Only to be let down by West ham.

Would be alot easier if you went on youtube and typed Chelsea Oldham 79/80 cos the game is on youtube. Ive seen lots of people asking for certain games over the years when all they had to do was look on youtube. Just do Chelsea 1978, Chelsea 1979, Chelsea 1980 and you find all Chelsea games that are on youtube

Hi mate, i'm not sure about putting pics from a tablet on here, I use a laptop, I can try to pm you an email addy if you want to email them over I can then try & put them up for you?

remember club asking for help a couple of times in 85/86 season with clearing the pitch. A free seat ticket for helping. Leicester was one of the games, dropped 2 points with a 2-2 draw. The other one not sure, maybe Oxford and I think we lost. Maybe should have let them be postponed. Young bloke Duncan shearer up front for the Leicester game because Kerry was injured.

Sent you email addy via a pm mate

cheers mate got it..sent a couple of pics, let us know how it went, if any good will sort some more

Which one are you? ]didnt get to the bridge in time! Fans were already clearing pitch and was told they had enough volunteers. So went to the cafe down Fulham Road near the tube!! That was for the Leicester game I think.
