Anyone out there with any photos of Chelsea wearing that yellow and blue Umbro kit? if so please post

I know there is a picture of Swainy and Chopper at Villa Park circulating, but to find a colur shot is quite rare.

I have a picture of Steve Wicks wearing the Yellow and Blue away to either Ipswich or the first away game that season West Brom. And I have a framed shirt as collected,

We have had great success from 1996 till now, but this is when I loved football most

Love that umbro strip mid - late 1970s

The greatest footage of an away support celebrating a goal ......EVER !

Big Doug Rougvie with the free kick leading to Kerry Dixons classic goal. A right hard defender was Doug !

Eddie, can't thank you enough for sharing this lot mate, lots of memories, nice one.

Its a privilage to share the games with you and everyone.

As long as I am not dominating the thread and pissing the author off, then no problem

I have been collecting for years, far too long to be concidered right in the head, as the wife would say

Fantastic, my first 'big' away game. We got down there about 11 o' clock on the National Express and there were thousands of Chelsea around, I didn't see a Soton fan until we got in the ground.

To think Southampton were the holders of the FA Cup when that game was played.!

We got done over in the replay though, Ossie got stick from the Shed and he flicked the V's at us.

From memory, Man Utd got some revenge for the previous seasons shock FA Cup Final defeat and beat Southampton in the next round.

They certainly did, and went on to win the Cup against Liverpool.

They were a very exprienced side, where United like us were mainly kids. They got promoted the following season 1977-78 with the Spuds
