Chelsea to be docked points?

What facts are there to support this notion? Haven't read the links but I'm willing to bet they are based on that Sunday Mirror article that had no substance, quote, or fact based to it.

Apparently the basis for it is we put in an official bid, and released it to the press......shocking eh. How dare we, I mean its not like twitchy ever mentions players in the press now is it.

Every word I read on this story makes me think that Tottenham are haggling like a Morrocan souk vendor. I'd love to see Roman tell them that whatever Chelsea offer for a player is always way above normal market values and if they can get a better deal elsewhere thank them for their time and leave.

Bearing in mind that Modric has already stated his desire to stay in London and play in the European Cup, and we all know that Arsenal's not an option, then it becomes pretty clear that he's coming to Chelsea.

Now I'm no businessman but doesn't that put Roman at an advantage in a buyers market

No case to answer for Chelsea. It's a loophole in the law but the laws only govern direct contact with the player. Clubs have long used international team-mates/friends etc. to influence other players to join them, this indirect 'tapping up' is no different.

Harry wants to take on Roman in shady dealings?

Wasn't it established that he hijacked a diesel train at some point? Good luck 'Arry! :laugh2:

I can just imagine 'Arry and his team rocking up for their first game of the season and finding that 3-Point Lane isn't there anymore 'cause Roman has f**ked off with it or something :D

Wasn't it 'arry who leaked it to the press - trying to get Levy to open his handbag and get his purse out

That's what I thought, using us as the bad boys again. Then Modric himself said something, and so far I've heard nothing from Chelsea. In Fact, all I've heard is twitchy going on about how "there are people being sold for $20 million who ain't fit to lace Luka's boots!" This is one of the main reasons I wanted that c**t nowhere near our club. I hate Redknapp
