Made my long awaited return to Ibrox tonight to see Rangers comfortably bear SPL leaders Motherwell in the cup. Atmosphere was excellent from start to finish including the supporters bus partially because I won a half bottle in the raffle!

Quite amusing that Rangers comfortably beat the top of the SPL team.

Made the journey north myself yesterday to see the game. Atmosphere was out of this world even better than the Juve game midweek.

I love Ibrox, it's a proper football stadium.

Destroyed the top team currently in Scotland with ease.

They have the highest average attendance in Scotland by some distasnce.

Last night there was over 30,000 for a BBC TV cup game while Celtic only managed over 10,000 the previous night.

Everyone and their dogs were saying Rangers fans would stay away, some show of defiance from the boys in blue.

Ha ha. I wasn't clear. The raffle was purely one on the mini bus we went to the game in so it was just a token thing bought by the people on the bus rather than something Rangers did!

Would be nice if we could arrange a few friendlies between the clubs and the money goes to rangers.

Let's go Rangers. I am hoping that Stranraer and the Gers end up in the same division next year so I can go watch a game when I am there.
