Mackie, Derry, Hill, Kenny, Smith, etc. Not the best players in the world but they were a TEAM and complemented each other well.

Hughes has built a squad of talented players, but are NOT a team.

We are far better squad wise than any of Norwich, Soton, Reading, Swansea, WBA, and Wigan. But they have something we don't have and that's the ability to play together as a team and not as individual players.

We've got nothing to lose against ManU so why not give Derry, Hill, Ephraim etc a chance. They can't do much worse than the current lot.

If he can get QPR to Jan 1 with single digit points, only then will I be convinced his mission has been a success.

On a side note their idiotic club policy is partly to blame for the sh*t theyre currently in. Signing a million players on the last day of the transfer window is a strategy straight out of a video game.

QPR owner Tony Fernandes has apologised to QPR fans for yesterday's defeat at home to Southampton. "They deserve better" says Fernandes.

No they don't. Until very recently, QPR were always something of an irrelevance but over the past year and a half I have come to truly despise QPR fans and everything they stand for.

Their constant references to ourselves as "The Scum" based on a rivalry which exists only in their collectively green eyed sick twisted minds. These supporters harbour a hatred of Chelsea FC apparently based on the fact that they were nowhere to be seen when we played them back in the '70s and '80s. Quite simply we always were a bigger better classier outfit and for that they hate us.

"West London is ours" goes the QPR fans rallying cry. West London was never "theirs". Not even Shepherds Bush is "theirs". Maybe a tiny corner of White City and the occasional enclave of educationally sub-normal inbreds and that's it.

There are very few clubs that I would be happy to see go out of existence. That goes for Tottenham, Leeds and all the other old enemies, clubs with whom we have had a proper rivalry. But for QPR I would make an exception. I would actually piss myself laughing if their tin pot mickey mouse excuse for a football club went to the wall.

QPR are not on my radar, never have been. I don't think it's possible to care less about a club than I do QPR. The only feeling I have about their current plight is a small amount of sympathy for Mark Hughes due to the fond memories I have of him and Zola up front for us in the 90s.

They're a joke of a club. The sooner they're back where they belong in the lower leagues the better.
