I was an occassional football fan throughout my life.  played fifa since 93.  watched the world cup every few years. occassional old school espn press pass back in the 90's with tommy smyth.  never really seriously watched domestic and euro matches until after 2010 world cup.  if i was lucky, i'd get to watch an epl match on espn2 at 2:45 in the morning.  Now, thanks to cable, i can watch almost all epl matches (fox soccer) and a good number of domestic euros (la liga, seria a, ligue 1).  

 

i read brit and euro press and it all seems to glamorize chelsea in it all its glory and and its nonsense. and for that reason, i gravitated towards chelsea.  since the media tends to magnify all things chelsea,  i have been able to keep up with them, however my knowledge is only recent.  all of you here  probably bleed blue and what better group of people to catch me up and give me a quick history of Chelsea. Glories, failures, legends, etc.   Who wants to start?

 

 

We don't know, we all only started supporting Chelsea in 2003.

Hey, some of us did only start supporting in '03, but we were 10 years old (and American) at the time!
