And agents can be relied on 100% can't they?

But here's the thing, I've heard it from other sources in the media, I've heard it from people I trust and his agent has come out and say it. Now you don't have to agree with that and that's fine. People can and do disagree with many things which seem to have some truth to them.

But unless you've got some compelling evidence that suggests it's not true (or even evidence that isn't compelling....literally anything) isn't it best to continue the discussion based on the assumption there was an agreement in place.

If there wasn't, why on Earth would we sell him?

But you're saying it like because he supports Rangers he can't also support Chelsea. It wasn't long ago you were saying I was a Leeds fan when you know I'm not.

No, I'm simply calling him a Rangers fan (something he called himself). He can support as many teams as he likes.

Also I never called you a Leeds fan, I called you a Tyke didn't I? If you're not from Leeds, then I'm sorry. If you are from Leeds....well I'm really sorry.

That's kinda rich considering you consistently list in response to people's responses and slag people off.

Also just because you have a problem with someone doesn't mean they aren't a Chelsea fan or follow another team. Seriously get a f**king grip you're not 12.

Oh my, cannot believe the quote you responded to! Here we go again I guess, wonder when he'll eventually go out in a Bl(ueD)aze of 'glory'.

I'm not trying to start anything I just don't get why he says some of the things he does. Like when someone indirectly responds to him (which he also does to people) and he has a go then trying to make out they aren't a real Chelsea fan. It's just gotten old and boring.

Fingers crossed someone gets a grip of this problem sooner rather than later.

I am from Leeds so I'm a tyke? Hmm yeah that makes sense because of the Leeds Tykes?

You didn't call me a Leeds fan but you basically said that telling me to enjoy Rosler and such or have you conveniently forgotten that?

Again he's also a Chelsea fan so why even bring up that he's also a Rangers fan when trying to insult him?

I'm just a natural cynic who doesn't believe anything without evidence - especially if I don't want to believe it.  And the media often just quote themselves until something someone said becomes fact.  My gut feeling for what it's worth is yes, we agreed he could go, but without mentioning it would have to be to a London club.  And that's my view - yes, let him go but not to strengthen our rivals without something back in return.

Oh and I won't be replying - nothing personal just got to do some work and tonight after the gym have got an appointment with my dvd player as my season review has arrived.

Torture mate. Just ignore it. winds him up more than anything else. Be good if a mod got on this and resolved this permanently. It's ruining the forum entirely. Grim.

Difference is I don't ignore people, ignore their points or any reasoned arguments they make and then make snidey comments about them. If people want to say stuff then say it. I doubt anyone's going to take much offence and the fact is we're all Chelsea fans. If someone wants to call someone a name then they know where they're likely to be every other week.

As it is, I've never actually called anyone a twat or a c**t on here. What's the point? But if someone wants to call me something like that on here then they would say it in real life too, wouldn't they?

Fingers crossed someone gets a grip of this problem sooner rather than later.

Let's hope so mate.

I will not sink to his levels, best to ignore and let the folk deal with it.

I have mate. Took the advice of a few people who were kind enough to PM me and just put him on ignore. Can do without pests and its annoying that most threads are deteriorating like this. Seems to always stem from the same toxic source. Hopefully someone sorts it out.

So you don't indirectly say things about people?

I think he would rather you just called him a c**t personally I know I would.

Oh so we're going back to the real life scenario of you wouldn't say that to my face?

Fair enough. I do see where you're coming from but I think that if we've made that agreement to let him go where he wishes then we have to respect that. It's a matter of decency at that point isn't it?

Sure we could say he has to go abroad but he's got a young family who have their own friends, their own schools and their own lives in this country and that's always going to be a factor.

So you don't indirectly say things about people?

Yes. That's the unique thing about this forum. We all tend to go to exactly the same place with varying degrees of regularity so if someone thinks it's fine to call you a c**t on here, why wouldn't they in 'the real world'?

RFC_CFC called me a c**t and then said he'd say it to my face.....before backtracking and apologising and I think that sometimes it serves as a reminder to treat other people with respect.

There are a couple of members I've probably stepped over the line with but I've never said anything I wouldn't say in a pub. That's just how I was raised. I won't say I'm not argumentative because if I believe something then I'll absolutely put my view across but I manage to do it most of the time without calling people c**t or twat. But I don't think it's fair to say that most of the points I make aren't well-reasoned and consistent most of the time.

Oh No I didn't mean to imply that you were. I was just appalled, you see I have blocked Quim Wedge and so only see his cod philosophy and vacilating philanthropy when quoted.

The last time the face to face stuff came up the other party lost out to a ban which seemed a bit of a shame.

To note, Quim Wedge doesn't stick to his own advice, re face to face / direct, as the PM's I've received have alerted me as to when he's had a pop at me. I've now given him more than enough attention, so rest assured that he is but a mere quim wedge and you are not. Time for a sunny pint I think.

Yes several have received these PM's and subsequently blocked said person.

I think the way he verbally attacks Chelsea fans on here is pathetic, I just hope folk have taken notice of this.

No backtracking here son. Stand by it. That's my assessment of you.

You offered yourself up and told me to meet you in a pub pre match. You PMd me where to meet you and I said my days of boxing pre match with the casuals were done and that I can do without getting f**king nicked.

Settle petal. And grow up.

Well said that man!! Pint for me too squire... It's almost the weekend, bring the love!!

Of course I didn't think you were annoyed with me btw just wanted to make it clear lol

Yet you send people PMs and act very different to how you do on the public forum and also get annoyed when people don't respond to your PMs.

So say they say it to you in a pub then what? Are you gonna punch them?

Really? Because you apologised to me for it.

I didn't offer anything either. I said you could call me a c**t to my face and that's it. No implication of violence or anything.

Look, I appreciate you're trying to save face but apologising was the right thing to do. My point was that contrary to what some are suggesting, I don't tend to call people c**ts or twats on here because what's the point? If you want to say it to someone then say it in person. We're all adults at the end of the day.

All this bollocks because your fellow Rangers fan decided to have a pop at me. I apologise for this thread going off-topic. If anyone wants to continue then just PM me.

So just out of interest you meet he says c**t to your face, then what?

Please tell me grown adults aren't offering to fight other other grown adults over things said on a football forum. One of the most embarrassing things I've ever heard

It actually happened!!! I got an invite to a pub for a fight! Hahaha! Amazing!!

So say they say it to you in a pub then what? Are you gonna punch them?

No.

It actually happened!!! I got an invite to a pub for a fight! Hahaha! Amazing!!

No you didn't. Don't think anyone mentioned violence and if you give me permission to I can prove it by posting all the PMs between us.

Is that OK by you? Are you happy for me to tell everyone what you said to me? Or would you prefer we just left it?

You don't want me to post the PMs you sent me do you? :laugh2:

So can we all move on? No-one has said they'd meet someone for a fight, simply that it would be best not to post insults to someone that you wouldn't say to them in person....seems fair right?

So Ox....good player right.

Deary me saw the number of posts from last night and thought we had some news, of sorts, on this. Now though is more Petr cech mark 2 thread and more in fighting lol...
