I think when Ronaldo leaves Madrid in a season or two they will come calling for Hazard. If Hazard wants to go then we should hold out for 100 million. Madrid will pay it. The problem is who do you buy to replace him?

You can't, players like Hazard don't come around very often. I'd rather have Hazard than £100 Million.

I wouldn't be reading too much into Hazard saying he is staying for a while, not a knock on him but situations change and he wasn't about to say 'not sure how long I stay here'. That's not to say I don't think he is happy right now because I do

I do think Madrid will come calling when Ronaldo is in decline and goes back to the Portuguese league to retire.

We're all assuming that hazard improves tenfold though. If he doesn't then I doubt real will want him. I hope by then someone like traore is helping us win trophies instead of relying on hazard.

Agree with that. Would be huge money if we ever sold him but can't see there being anyone who would come close to him.

Here's one to ponder though. Say next year Madrid offered £100mill and we could get Reus for £40mill. Do you take that and have £60mill left to spend? Me personally would go back to what you said before. Other than Ronaldo/Messi there isn't another player like him or that will be like him!

Wouldnt take 100m for him. 150? 200? I would give it some thought. This isnt FIFA

Real Madrid are only club we have to worry about, but reckon we have two years before it becomes a genuine cause for concern
