Arsenal vs Chelsea (PL) Sunday 6th September 16:30 GMT
JT gives a tactics lesson. Hmm . . Talk about minerals, nothing like talking tactics in a room full of trophies.

I’d riot if they picked anyone else!

Following Our Nearest And Dearest Rivals 2026/27
I fully expect this to happen. The financial model of the Premier League is insustainable. The richest owners will see this coming and like make another concerted effort for a European super league first.

I thought Saliba was injured?

Random Rumours
I think Reggie Watson will likely get some appearances this season for sure. Especially first half of the season as players like Henderson are currently unavailable.

Did we not all see this coming when they allowed members of a foreign nations Government to own and operate an English football club? I know some of us did . 🫤

William Saliba is yet to start a game this season, rumours are he will push for a move to Chelsea in January if this continues. More news behind the pay wall on my blog page if interested.

Arsenal vs Chelsea (PL) Sunday 6th September 16:30 GMT
Given our challenges defensively so far this season, a clean sheet for us feels highly unlikely. It will be interesting to see how our exciting attack does against a well drilled defense like Arsenal.

Moises Caicedo to Chelsea! "Official"
I was thinking the same. Alonso definitely likes to keep information like this under wraps.

Moises Caicedo to Chelsea! "Official"
From what I understand, Alonso and the club have been conscious to ensure they don't share/leak anything they don't need to. If Caicedo was training, there wouldn't be any pictures. They would want him to be under the radar so Arsenal don't know if he is / isn't playing.

Moises Caicedo to Chelsea! "Official"
There were some pics from training on club website yesterday. I had a quick look and didn't see Caicedo but only certain players were featured.

BlueCo buy Chelsea FC
An interesting article in the Guardian today relating to concerns about the Private Equity Industry. While it doesn't relate directly to our club the way Clearlake operates has been observed to be more like a Private Equity company and this is certainly something to keep an eye on: Private equity faces existential crisis in US as unsold companies pile up | Business | The Guardian

Enzo Fernandez - Now sold to Man City
It is mixed, as I have heard a few who say he isn't a top midfielder and the price is way too high. But then you get the lazy pundits who probably haven't seen him play that often and just look at the fact he has now been sold for over £100m twice, has won a WC and a CWC, scores a few goals and think "he must be good". I have heard quite a few City fans not over impressed with the signing and look forward to a lot more calling the phone-ins with absolute rage after watching how slow he is and how little he contributes...................!!

Enzo Fernandez - Now sold to Man City
As far as I am concerned, Enzo has now moved on and is no longer our issue. Ultimately I think we got a good price for him. It will be interesting to see how his City career goes. He is surrounded by good players there but they have to deal with the post-Pep era and I think that may prove to be challenging. I reckon ultimately he still wants to move to La Liga.

- Enzo Fernandez - Now sold to Man City
Ex-midfielders don't rate Enzo that highly tbf.- Enzo Fernandez - Now sold to Man City
Adam Clery did a pretty good video on Fernandez's strengths and weaknesses. The TLDR is, he's good on the ball but a liability off it, and maybe Elliot Anderson will do all the "dog work" that Fernadez can't/won't do. I personally think his weaknesses significantly outweigh his strengths for us and he just seems like a right twat, so I'm glad I won't have to endure seeing him playing every week anymore. https://youtu.be/Qd5rwf-rPiI?si=EPAQnNfiH5uFuufd I've said it before, but it baffles me how differently most Chelsea supporters see his "talent" compared to (what feels like) a general consensus among "football people", pundits and the media, who seem to consider him an "elite" midfielder. 125 million is ridiculous for such a flawed player; the market is completely insane and something has to give.- Erin Cuthbert

There's zero chance we sign anyone. Every single link on X is just a fake post from a nothing journalist.- Random Rumours
Id much prefer we dont give any of them a contract and aim to use our own youth players to cover where needed. We have several senior players to cover midfield, bringing in someone on loan for 2 or 3 games isnt worth it at all. - Enzo Fernandez - Now sold to Man City
