Feeling low about this one today - just can't help feeling that I'm not going to be happy whatever. Win and the media will be moaning and whining about us not being grateful that we are lucky enough to have the pillock managing us - but lose and we're stuffed...... Roll on the summer.

Just noticed in my inbox an email dated yesterday at 1522 saying Chelsea beat Rubin Kazan 3-1 and Torres scored twice - I wish I'd noticed this email come in - I'd have put a few quid on it and won loads! Alternatively I need to check the clock on my email settings.

And I swing between the same fears that you outline and "Stuff if - who gives a flying f**k what everyone else thinks as long as he's gone from our club as soon as possible". It sums up our season that this last week was one of the happiest since November - we weren't playing and I was fantasising about Jose - now we're back to actually playing football and I'm depressed/angry again.

And as a side-note, I now know how to get round the swearing censorship!

I can and did contest the team sheet - looked incredibly dodgy, Too many changes and too many players who haven't played together/don't play well together. No obvious goal scorers, slow midfield, defence without Ash. Southampton have showed in some games that they aren't a bad team and shouldn't have been under estimated. Individually our players should've been better on paper than Southampton and maybe should've been able to beat them but to say in effect the team was the right one is wrong.
