I can see Jose dominating this league for a while. Only a few very specific situations can prevent that. The team we have next year will have taken Mourinho 5 transfer windows to create. Only other manager who can challenge a settled and well oiled Mourinho team is Simeone (with any of the top 4 sides) and maybe guardiola if he is given limitless budget (the likes of United and city have) I really can not se the likes of LvG, wenger, ancelotti or even klopp challenging a Jose Mourinho team over a full league season.

We should not send him on loan to just any random club in PL next season. IF boro make it to the PL then fine, makes sense for him to go there as a regular starter. If boro are not in PL and he gets sent to a random team that he has no understanding with, his minutes will not be guaranteed. I'd like us to go after one of Vietto or Icardi and keep Remy another year. Next year strikeforce should look someting like Costa-Vietto-Remy. Getting Bamford in as third choice would limit his minutes (unless Jose comes up with a 2 striker system or Bamford is 2nd choice) If Bamford does the trick with a PL loan next year, move remy on and bring him back as a 2nd choice for 2016-17 season. Best outcome would be if boro get promoted and Bamford continues another year with them in the PL.

The other change it seems in intended to limit the non-english EU players. when you need 12 home grown players and only players who can be home grown are now those who play in england from the age of 14 or lower. Given how rare the transfers of u15 players are, this would essentially limit the EU players too.
