  1. Let's say Morata get's injured for either Barca game I think Conte would opt for the three midgets up front anyway. So it's a loan for sure and then who knows.
  2. Edin Dzeko! ooohhhaaho ho Edin Dzeko! ooohaahho ho
  3. I remember that^ "Start the party now"
  4. Not the same type of player but Toni Kroos has been the best central midfield player in the world for a few years for mine. Guys f**ked
  5. He drives from Roma? Yes and he'll fly to Cobham from Heathrow
  6. This one by some distance for mine At the end of the day, Arsenal are weaker and are still managed by Arsene Wenger. And José Mourinho is still the manager of Manchester United. Great result for us
  7. Get out of here with that Dzeko talk, this is the Palmieri thread.
  8. Anyone playing this Fortnite game? Seeing a lot of chatter about it/lot of streamers playing it.
  9. Weren't you saying the same thing about Salah?
  10. Seems like a pretty good tactic to avoid long negotiations. Find a club that's struggling with money because you'll know they need to sell.
  11. Even if you think he's inconsistent or should be taking the next step or whatever, he's such a great character and very down to earth and I think they are underrated characteristics when it comes to gelling with a team. He's humble but certainly not dismissive of his abilities and what is expected of him. A top bloke really.
  12. It's quite simply down to the efforts of the team over the course of 38 game season. Costa's goals were important but no more important the person who passed it to him or the person who stopped the attack prior. I don't think I've ever seen any one team from any code win any league off the back off one person's efforts...
  13. He could change the word "press" with theshedend.com or twitter and it would also make sense
  14. Cue conspiracy theoriests suggesting this proves the FA made mistakes last game and that’s why they aren’t giving Brighton penalties or something equally as ludicrous as that.
  15. Great post and kudos to the club for identifying an area that should be invested in wisely. That spreads to the groundsmen/women as well as the medical staff.
  16. Considering the cases against the Spanish clubs it’s hard to see us avoiding a ban here. Also looks like they only run one investigation at a time.. meaning we will serve ours, then City, then United etc etc.
  17. @RIP Mourinho I don't see holding, pushing, or pulling. I see arm on shoulder and then falling to the ground. Very similar to the types of challenges I see all game every game and interpreted the exact same.
  18. Haha that's quite funny if you think I'm an overly critical supporter you haven't read 99% of my posts. They all got reviewed as well and all decisions stood. But you're probably in the camp of refs hating us and FA conspiracies so that won't matter much.
  19. You're obviously not reading the article so I will spell it out for you now. Klose thinks it was a penalty. Klose came to that conclusion from seeing the footage afterwards. Therefor, Klose made is opinion the same way I and anyone else watching it on TV came to their opinion. He never said he knew instantly on the pitch and even if he did, that's fine, I've explained to you how you can't always be sure if somethings happened in situations like that. To your latter point, I think it looked ugly last night, really really ugly that our team would have players that do that. I guess that's why I feel so greatly about the issue because I don't like seeing it and I'll call it what it is when I see it.
  20. Because that's the part that relates to how he came to his opinion? Which is what we were talking about? Come on mate don't make me spell it out for you. I'd also paraphrased the above line two posts earlier. Maybe next time buddy.
  21. Not a huge fan of booing in general of either team or ref but also understand people love doing it and have been doing it for years so I'm not out to stop them. I just don't partake
  22. Well yeah the commentators said something along those lines but the opposite for offside. Basically never call offside and let the play continue to see if a goal is scored, and if it is then they have time to review the offside.
  23. So here's where I think some people might be confused. The ref doesn't need to stop, make a signal, draw a box with his hands or speak into the microphone for VAR to be used. The VAR ref looks at every decision as the game continues and then notifies the onfield ref when it's possible to do so.
  24. “On the pitch I was not sure because it happened so fast. When I saw it again afterwards I was like ‘ooh, that’s quite close’. He's made his opinion the same why I have mate, so it doesn't really differ. Cheerio
