Saw him play in pre season when I was in Singapore against inter, he came on and looked direct, I know it was only a pre season game but he looked good in that game. Saw the highlights then of the L. Cup game and he looked impressive. Clearly working very hard and hopefully can continue to progress like this.

Can't fathom how West Brom and stoke are on tv and not our game

Was at the game tonight in Singapore. Looked like we were struggling to create anything meaningful in the first half. Willian looked to be the only one with a bit of trickery and that might beat a man. Second half was was a bit better I thought Dave was always an option on the right even when he switched to the wing. Musonda done well when he came on I thought, got into some decent positions. For me batman just doesn't look up to the level we need him to be at, worked hard but had nothing left then to make meaningful runs.

I don't post here that often, I'm more of a reader but I just felt this time I had to post.! It is absolutely ridiculous to think of getting rid of Jose after 5 games (3 defeats). I mean he is one of the best managers in the world and some people are calling for his head already.. People like this are just so unbelievably spoiled and don't have a single clue about the game. I honestly had a good little laugh to myself when I seen this as a thread, I thought it was some kind of joke until I opened it up and started reading.. Anyway keep the blue flag flying.!!

I don't think we can blame AVB for this. After all it's the players on the pitch and not him without sounding like too much of a cliche. I think we have a good manager in him and we just need to get rid of some of the dead wood at the club. How often have we said to give a player a season to settle into the premier league why can't we give a manager.? Sacking every manager is not the way to success you need to take the good with the bad.!
