True, though Ashley hasn't been much better, I've noticed recently that he's become somewhat predictable when in the final third, teams simply show him inside because he has no right foot and as a consequence he ends up passing it backwards which invariably slows down the attack.

I'd imagine that maybe because it was a UEFA ban, though surely the same rules should apply otherwise what's the point.
