Like Rasford who has been able to turn things around because of having a good coach, most of Mounts problems are coaching. We dont have a good coach who can work with the players and bring out the best in them. Most of the players are bang average now and cant score. Tuchel was able to turn a poor coached team with good players to CL champions in 6 mths. Thats what a good coach does.

Using Klopp and Arteta as examples are useless. Klopp came to the PL from a different league so had to get use to the PL. Despite Artetas record there he still won the FA cup and another cup in his first season. Potter worked in the PL as a manager before coming to Chelsea and has absolutely no excuse for his poor record so far, except being an overhyped English manager

To be fair why would any team in the CL want to sell their best player mid season? The amount of money they would lose for exiting the CL because of this will not make up for the record sale price. Benifica are also in contention for the title.

Why would you what to get rid of most of the players that have just won 3 trophies? Just doesn't make sense. Most sensible teams would build on that success and just add one or two very good players to complement the team. Chelsea getting rid of these players and buying a brand new team is a recipe for disaster. What makes you think the new players who may look good on paper will play well or click on the field or even settle in.

Its all well and good signing all these players on very long contracts but what if they are flops or cant adjust to the PL? Lots of players from other leagues have been brilliant there and come to Chelsea and flopped. A player on a 7-8 year lease like KK are trapped in Chelsea and wouldnt want to move on. At the end of the day its the club that suffers and one day all these problems will catch up with the club.
