I can't see us getting half of what you've predicted for Malouda and Deco. Deco will probably go for £2 million due to his contract, and we got Malouda for £13.5 million, so I'd say he'll go for about £6 million. Alex I think we could get a lot more than 5 million for. He's 26 and a great defender. I'd say he's more the £8-10 million.

Yes, it'll be a lightweight defence, but we've yet to see Mancienne in his natural position.

I see penalties as a test of nerve and it's the only way to finish a knockout game if needed. The only other way to finish a game in a sufficient manner is to keep playing until a goal is scored. But that would be too long a match and it could last an age. So, for me, penalties is the only way of doing it.

No to be fair, Dawson for Tottenham was down for a good 2 or 3 minutes, so 3 minutes was fair enough.

4-1-2-1-2 has it's limitations. It still has the holding midfielder, 2 wingers and a CAM , but the CAM will have to work a lot harder and play the CM and CAM role. 4-3-3 gives the wingers up top a lot more freedom and less need for them to come back and defend. But 4-4-2 makes the wingers come back and help out their full backs with defending. What LFS said was that he felt Kalou couldn't play in a 4-4-2 purely because his defending was just not good enough. I can see where LFS is coming from, but there's no reason why he couldn't just work on his defending in training.

I can see where you're coming from and he has played quite well recently, but Quaresma deserves a chance at least.

I think our most realistic possibility at the end of the season more than anything is us winning the FA Cup and pipping Liverpool to 2nd place. Champions League is still on the cards, but we'll have to really work hard for it!

Haha, I watched the highlights, but they didn't really show who played well and who didn't, to get an idea of MOTM you really need to watch the full 90 minutes. It seems 18 people agree with me anyway :D
