Stockpiling players in a position which isn't a priority of need. Ignoring fixing the major weaknesses in midfield and striker. We'll continue with a massive wage bill with new players who don't fit because blatant needs weren't addressed. The blame will cycle between players not being good enough and the manager being terrible. Then ultimately Potter will be replaced and the new manager will come in and say the 400M in signings weren't mine. Clueless.

No winger will do well until the midfield is fixed. We can't even pick out a forward pass. Priorities are all wrong. Everyone see Felix show his skill, play a ball to Mount and then make a beautiful run where he'd be 1v1 with the GK last match and instead of playing the ball back to Felix, Mount made a lazy side pass. Good example of our problems. We don't have mids who can connect the attack. Here ya go.

Lol. All of Mount, Kai, Pulisic, and Werner had important goals/assists during the journey to winning CL while still being younger players. And only one of them has had terrible form excused repeatedly while fans couldn't wait for Werner to get shipped out and now can't wait for Kai and Puli to get shipped out despite those two still being young. And Mount has been as bad or worse than Kai and Puli all season. Now if we expand beyond young players....Giroud wasn't good enough. Jorginho isn't good enough. Kova isn't good enough. Ziyech isn't good enough. Despite all contributing to the CL win run. I didn't bring up the English aspect but since you did, none of the other players everyone wanted shipped out or now want shipped out are English. And there's only one player across the midfield and attack whose done fook all all season who should not be shipped out. And he is English. Mr Mount.

I've seen people fry an egg with more ambition than Pecan Potter coaches a PL match. I don't know why but his personality reminds me of someone who just walked out of bible study.

You should watch him play. Not good enough. Only reason his name isn't mentioned in the clearout of the squad is because he's an academy product and people get caught up in their emotions and feelings like an old woman knitting socks by the fireplace with an apple cider.

Pecan Potter heading into the transfer market with an open tab at the bar will end in disaster. Just wait and see. One year from today we'll have 300M+ in new players, the Pecan will have been replaced and the new manager will say these signings weren't mine.
