So it's Pochettino...and now officially gone!
Looks like people getting emotionally attached to the coach again. Never should happen at Chelsea. 2 to 3 seasons max at Chelsea irregardless how well he does. There’s bound to be something. Player power, clash with the owners, fams impatience, all that lot. Tired of going through this cycle but this has become routine here. No emotion is justified again. He is just another staff. I remembered everyone being amazed by Potter first few days.

Adaptability and getting the best out of any situations and set of players.

So it's Pochettino...and now officially gone!
People talk about unlimited funds and wealth at City and for Pep. most don’t realise how hard it is to consistently perform and be at the top and motivate your teams to play a certain way. Pep does that consistently and sustain those performances and motivation year after year. just ask Klopp, Mou, Tuchel how difficult doing that means. Even with money.

I don’t care about anything else. But Pochettino need to make us play like City now or prime Spurs when he was there. Direct, creative and penetrative. No other style matters. Pep style wins hands down no matter what anyone says.

Who do you want to be the next manager? (2nd Poll)
“Strong favourite” where realistically there’s only one decent option out there with the rest dropping out. Todd flatters himself too much.

Who do you want to be the next manager? (2nd Poll)
the amount of time needed to conclude this feels like we are interviewing a manager to last more than two years

Arsenal v Chelsea (PL) Tue 2nd May 2023 20:00 GMT
This will be the match that Pochettino walks away and not want to have anything to do with us

BlueCo buy Chelsea FC
So is it official already or is Todd still mucking around?

Who do you want to be the next manager? (2nd Poll)
I don’t get why people are asking for Jose. We all know it’s going to be shorter term with Jose before we repeat the whole cycle again. Why not get it right and tame a gamble instead of going full circle to Jose. Again. Yes again for the third time! just hire Pep already. There isn’ta more successful coach whichever way you see it.

Who do you want to be the next manager? (2nd Poll)
We are “following the process” and “doing our utmost due diligence” as if a long queue of elite qualified managers are desperate to coach us. face it Todd! You don’t have a lot of credible options left! Get on with it and don’t act like you can behave arrogantly and still have top quality elite managers accepting working with you and coaching us. You have made Chelsea the most undesirable club to coach in a long time not seen since Roman times.

Who do you want next as manager?
Agree with all this and recognise Pochettino is a top coach and will be open to have him here unlike 98% of Chelsea fans. but also like to understand exactly what happened at PSG? With the best talents and Messi I’d say he underachieved. anyway, he’s going to withdraw from consideration for the role. Nothing exciting.

I don’t know but I get a feeling that James and Mount should be on that list. together with Pulisic, RLC, Koulibaly, Cucurella, Ziyech, Havertz, Kepa, Felix, Sterling. players who consistently time and time and time again deceived to deliver or show anything everytime they are trusted to play.

Is PEA really that bad that we keep persisting playing with no strikers?

Will it be a first for an interim coach to be sacked?

I hope he loses so he comes back if Todd got some sense.
