Anyhow! Now I stopped my hangover coming by doing Monday club at the local (10am start) with the looneys that I know, and am nearly passing out Here's my report & some pix KTBFFH! People ~ Chins up eh! Right then, although it hurts I have to say well done Spurs! I have no problems in losing at all it just hurts it was them I really can't understand our problem yesterday, we had a full squad & the main men were back. Perhaps the only thing I can think of is that because everyone's back perhaps they haven't played as a team for a while that they forgot how everyone played? If that makes sense. (Prob not ) With Lamps in his usual massive role in the middle & JT back as captain & what with Drogs & Anelka up front surely you'd thought we'd do better than we did. IMO Grant has to take the raps for this one! He had everything to prove for his 1st bit of silverware & f**ked it up! Some of his decisions were wierd, the main one being not letting Joe Cole on til way into the game. Joe Cole is I think Chelsea's best player & should start from the begining If's & Buts eh? But I reckon we should've played 4-3-3 & dominated. Instead we hardly showed up. Spurs were out to prove to everyone they could win & didn't they start well! We all thought Spurs would run out of steam & we could take advantage, but they didn't & we looked awful (Except in little 5-10 bits during the game, when nothing much came out of it) Drogs goal was a cracker, however maybe the practice free kick 5 mins before should've gone in. Chec made some great saves & then unusually f**ked up at the end trying to punch (I think) the ball out & didn't making them score the 2nd Oh well sh*t happens & that's football Anyhow here's some pix from the day (We had a blinder!
