Cech had an amazing Euro before he joined us. Carlo Cudicini would be a great example here though. Playing for a lower division side then for 160,000 he joins us and becomes awesome till Cech came. I loved Carlo, he was one of the reasons why I became a keeper.

From another board on Dembele: from what I've seen he is a bit like Ben Arfa in build/style but he has a far better footballing brain and better goal scoring ability. Despite having excellent speed and the ability to maintain ball control while dribbling at speed, what surprised me from the few matches I've seen of him is his close control under pressure and in tight spaces. He does not panic like Ben Arfa and has several ways of using his dribbling rather than going at 100mph, on top of that he can attack from either flank and has good shooting ability.

Milan play a 4-3-2-1. Pirlo, Gattuso, and Ambrosini play in a midfield three. Gattuso does the hassling, Ambrosini does a bit of hassling and distribution, and Pirlo runs everything but doesn't do any hassling.
