Posted July 6, 200916 yr First day back for some of the squad today - very happy to see Joey running about again.
July 6, 200916 yr Is that Paulo, Sturridge is talking to? Sure looks a lot like him. And good seeing Joey up and running again. Zhirkov on the left, Joey on the right and hopefully Drogba through the middle. Good stuff
July 6, 200916 yr Is that Paulo, Sturridge is talking to? I think it's Jack Cork. It's definitely not Paulo.
July 6, 200916 yr a few things -I thought because of all the introductions today, Carlo would never be leading a full training session. Awesome to see him get at it that early. And not to be critical, but he looks much trimmer than I remember him being at Milan -Sturridge looks like a beast in that second picture -seeing joe back really is great -the new training stuff is f**king sweet. I know theyre expensive but those jackets look amazing. Memo to Adidas: make all our away kits dark navy w/ royal blue accent -I was thinking Pizzarro would be sold right away to Werder if they were interested. I never thought I would see him back in London thanks for the pics!
July 6, 200916 yr Starting to get that feeling again, won't be long now. Thanks for pictures Gem.
July 6, 200916 yr What's a Weezer haircut? Is it some hairstyle Rivers Cuomo has had? No it's a geezer wig
July 6, 200916 yr I think it's Jack Cork. It's definitely not Paulo. My mistake. You can't deny there's a similarity between them though! And from the official site: Also involved were some of the club's younger talents, those such as Sam Hutchinson, Gael Kakuta, Patrick van Aanholt, Jeffrey Bruma, Ryan Bertrand and Jack Cork, eager to demonstrate what they could do alongside more established names like Michael Ballack, Petr Cech, Nicolas Anelka and Florent Malouda. I hope this means he's close to full recovery!!
July 7, 200916 yr They all have backpacks...guess storage comes at a premium at Cobham! Indeed it looks that way
July 9, 200915 yr If he's able to produce the same way he does in Germany, I would love him to stay. He is a great player, but either never got the chance to prove himself or is really unable to adapt.
July 10, 200915 yr http://www.gettyimages.co.uk/Search/Search...mp;src=standard New pictures with everyone back from holidays!
July 10, 200915 yr Cheers Gem and Sheva for the pics, tis great to see how the players are getting on, plus it works as a little football fix until the pre-season game start.
July 10, 200915 yr Shevchenko seems to be the happiest one to be at Chelsea by looking at these photos... :(
July 11, 200915 yr What happened to Sheva? He looks so happy, and he's done something odd to his hair. I hope this enthusiasm shows in his game...
