Is Scottish football showing us the way
Great idea - I expect the thought they could be caught would be enough for some players to stay on their feet.

Chelsea v Rangers. Not your normal everyday football match.
I must pop in to those places Bjd, for a Paddy with a Guinness chaser, the next time I'm in Glasgow. If I get drunk enough I might do my party piece. In the Glaswegian Guinness is one of the four draught beers on offer so you'd get your beer

Sorry He was playing then I second that emotion - might see you boys (Ian & Scott) on Sunday in the Eight Bells (if my memory serves) my ticket fell through the letterbox lunch time so that's one less worry.

Oh my good god!!!!
Of course history does have several meanings, and this one is fitting: "something no longer important: something that belongs to the past and is no longer important" or perhaps somebody no longer important: somebody who has suffered total loss of power, high position, or importance

Little quote from the Guardian "Matches tend to lack a bit of bite when both sets of supporters sing the same songs - on this occasion largely restricted to pro-monarchist verse and rude ditties about Celtic. The level of celebration which greeted Rangers' late goals, then, was somewhat out of place; the vast majority of a full Ibrox roared with delight as Nacho Novo fizzed home an angled, 22-yard drive five minutes from time."

BJN See Steve Clarke's opinion about Sidwell didn't match ours - must be different watching the game from the halfway line BTW my train was delayed so a taxi was called for - otherwise got back ok. First thing my wife said after I walked in the door, "suppose you're be on the Stena boat (to Denmark) Tuesday morning? I wish, strange how women are so perceptive or are we so predictable?

Great day out cheers lads: Ian, Scott, BJN, Nat and a lorry load of Rangers' boys Two things will sick in my mind: The Glaswegian pub with the pipe/drum band, the size of the landlord and the GPC taking glasses and emptying beer on the pavement because the patrons never got inside quick enough. The scenes at half time in the concourse with both sets of fans separate by a fence and dozen or so GPC singing in unison unbelievable; the GPS weren't singing.

I know - doesn't mean you have to agree with them- of course I would like to know what many of them mean by influence - he played a red guitar perhaps. PS Don't like Morrissey meself, but I really rate Marr
