2nd again.
Villa are capable of shocking Utd next weekend, and they are due a result, fingers crossed.

Bets of the day.
Nice one Chippy I did predict 2-1, but i wish Essien scored first as it what of netted me £225 for a £3 outlay.
- Ferreira

Ferreira
He is supposed to be our first choice right back, but today he lost his place to Essien and Belletti. It says on the official site "Ferreira made way for Essien", no mention of an injury. http://www.chelseafc.com/page/NewsHomeP ... 60,00.html Do you think this will become the norm for the rest of the season ? Is it Grants way of fitting Essien into the team without dropping Ballack or Lampard ?

bias sky from start to present!
Gotta agree with you Brit, Andy Gray kept harping on saying "the first team to score, will win it"
-
Man of the match versus Arsenal - 2-1!

Super Sunday v's Le Arse
Typical of you to jump on someones opinion and not give your own in return. Maybe your the genius aye ?
-
Super Sunday v's Le Arse
Who criticised tactics where ? And when we purchased Alex we were told he was a utility defender who could play anywhere at the back, so i dont get your point, why do i have to be a genius to figure that out ?
-
Super Sunday v's Le Arse
We must find a starting place for all of our in form players as we need them to play 90 minutes. Dreading the thought of Paulo facing Van Persie. Would prefer to see Alex man mark Van Persie. Ballack and Lampard must both start imo. If we fall behind and need goals, i would sub Bridge for Anelka and go to 3 at the back. --------------Carlo------------- Alex---Carvalho---Terry---Bridge --------------Maka------------- --------Ballack-----Lampard----- ---J.Cole---------------Kalou--- --------------Drogba----------- Subs: Hilario, Paulo, Essien, Mikel, Anelka.
-
Arsenal - THREE OUT !!!
If Wenger plays adebayor and van persie, i feel we must play Alex in place of JT.
-
Red card Sunday???
I think it could swing the other way, especially if our players keep it calm. We are at home so let the crowd pressurise the referee, not the players. I'm hoping all this Chelsea slagging off on 5 live today will have an affect on the players, not the referee. Maybe the huttongate scandal will wake everyone up before we face Le Ars ? It will certainly focus the team on the fact we need 3 points.

Our player of the season so far ?
Going on the results so far (bar the sheva vote), it comes down to these.... Alex Carvalho Maka Lampard Ballack J.Cole Shouldnt Avram fit the team around these players for every remaining game of the season ? If so that means no JT. e2a: Unless Alex goes to right back ? Dont shoot me

anyway- go on elaborate further about ferreira- and the three goals that apparently came down his side.. I don't think he was culpable for even one goal, though he did play poorly. Thats a flawed way of looking at it, if he played poorly then he is to blame, to some degree at least, even though not directly responsible for goals, he is responsible for the amount of ball possesion lost, and his inability to sprint over 5MPH.- In less than 6 months
Just as we were getting over the wembley fiasco as well.- 'It's Just Like Watching Derby'.
No i said JT was fould for both the first 2 goals mate. Woodgate was doing a gym horse vault on JT, and Berbatov had his hand FIRMLY planted into JT's back. I'm not really blaming anyone for last night. I just wanted to vent my anger at these 3 in particular as they were playing the whole 90 minutes of both the 4-4 games, thats all. And yes i know supporters in the ground are best placed to give an opinion, but that does not necessarily mean it is more valid. - CHEER UP, We're in a final.......
