Chelsea Vs Stoke (PL) Sat Dec 30th 2017 15:00 UK
Should be a routine win. Stoke have no defenders left, lol. Hazard will be rested imo.

Another poor half from us. Bit rubbish of late. Get a defender or Baka off and bring on Willian.

Chelsea Vs Brighton (PL) Tues Dec 26th 2017 15:00 UK
Come on, that's very harsh. Baka has been good in the last few games after a shaky period. Give him time, he's just recovered from a knee injury. Nothing wrong with the back line, we're superior to Brighton in every department. Only complacency and too big a Christmas dinner will cost us.

Morata, Cesc and Eden interchange always makes for good watching.

Tbo; Azpi, Christensen, Rüdiger; Moses, Cesc, Kante, Alonso; Willian, Morata, Hazard. No messing around today.

Tiémoué Bakayoko
I said to my friend that he would impress more in a two rather than a three. I don't actually see what he does when he plays in a three.

January Window 17/18
Chelsea need to sign a left wing back. Alonso is a decent player but he's slower than me and Alex Sandro fits the bill perfectly. Imagine how much more ruthless we will be in attack with him and Victor bombing down the flanks. Sandro is pivotal to the way we play and he would be the best signing we've made since Hazard, in my opinion.

Alvaro Morata
Costa had far more injuries than Morata. He only played 24 games in the first season due to injuries and suspensions and in the second season, he had half of it off for whatever reason. Same again with the third season. He wasn't injured as much but his performances post January last season were very very poor.

Jose Mourinho thread
In my opinion, Jose lost his "special" tag at the end of his Madrid tenure. Something changed particularly in his mindset when he was manager of them, not been as imperious since. Best manager in the world from 04-11.

Alvaro Morata
To be fair, have you seen his wife?

Alvaro Morata
Some of the posts on here are bizarre. We've seen how Klopp has rotated in recent weeks because of how jaded his players are. City & Arsenal all rotated midweek along with United whilst we played full strength against Atletico. If he started tonight and put in a poor performance due to fatigue, people would be lambasting Conte for picking him and Morata for playing poorly. Footballers these days are athletes and unless you're in peak physical condition like Ronaldo then you will get injuries & niggles. He'll be back for the Southampton game, there's no issue for me.

Chelsea's UCL credentials
Hey, welcome. Don't worry. We're just as worried about Messi vs Alonso but it'll be awesome to see both him and Hazard on the same pitch. I think the poster meant that Messi has never scored against Chelsea, not Courtois but I could be incorrect. Good luck. Btw, why has Suarez dipped in form this season?

Chelsea's UCL credentials
We have to look at this in many ways. We have one of the top 3 players in the world on our side with a point to prove to the best teams in Spain. We're worried about Messi, yes. But they should be massively worried about the threat of Hazard especially on their right side with Roberto & Pique (who's not been on form this season). We have three players with points to prove (Pedro, Cesc) who were shipped out because they were deemed not good enough. Don't know about you but Cesc is lightyears ahead of Rakitic & Paulinho so that's proven to be a mistake and whilst Dembele may be better than Pedro, he's out injured for a while and their next down is Deolufeo who couldn't even get into an Everton team that finished in the bottom half. Morata is the third with a point to prove being a Madrid boy heading back to the Nou Camp, expect him to be well fired up. Adding to that, we have one of the best central midfielders in the world in Kanté who has shown so far in the Champions League what he is all about. Was superb in both games against Atletico. Iniesta is not the player he used to be whilst Suarez has struggled massively for form this season, I've even seen Barca fans say they're fed up of him and are solely reliant on Messi again. We're unbeaten against Barcelona in 7 matches, two of the matches they've previously beaten us in we've had a player dubiously sent off. (Drogba and Del Horno) No, we don't have the likes of JT, Drogba, Lampard, Ballack, Cole, Cech or Essien anymore. However, Barca don't have the likes of Xavi, Puyol, Dani Alves, Valdes, Iniesta not longer in his prime with their replacements bar Valdes being downgrades. This is a new era of Chelsea vs Barcelona. The "great" Lionel Messi once said: "There are players here who hate Chelsea more than Real Madrid," Messi told the News of the World. "I never thought I would hear myself say that. "I also never thought I would see something worse than the Boca and River Plate rivalry or Brazil v Argentina - but this is. "We would rather play Arsenal, Manchester United or anyone else than be on the pitch with Chelsea."

Willian
He clearly was a big reason we didn't win. He missed a guilt edged opportunity which was even easier than Morata's, he missed a very simple pass to put Pedro clean through on goal and then also missed another opportunity to put Batman through on goal as well. Others missed opportunities as well, but if Hazard/Pedro had been on the edge of those chances or moments that Willian had, we would have won the game. Period. I'm a very optimistic supporter when it comes to defending our players but sometimes Willian gets a massive by because I think he's seen as a bit of a cult hero due to the Spurs transfer debacle. Has to go in the summer. Keep Pedro as a squad player and upgrade on Willian.

Willian
He ruined 3 attacks last night after coming on. Big reason why we didn't win, very poor.

Your unpopular opinion about Chelsea
I think a lot of the reason people don't mind City is that we're fairly similar in ways of how we got our success. Although, what opposition fans seem to forget is that we won more between 97-03 before Roman than Arsenal have in the past 13 years. City were absolutely hopeless.

Eden Hazard - Chelsea Legend
He along with Messi & Neymar are the best 3 in the world currently.

Ovrebo gate
Since the discussion of Clattenburg in the Spurs game, I'm interested to see how people feel about the Ovrebo situation against Barcelona. Do people feel it was a fix before the game had even started, the ref was just poor or we were just unlucky? To me it was an absolute hatchet job as UEFA didn't want an all English final for the second year running and I know this has been discussed over and over but I've never heard the opinions of many on here!

Clattenburg on Battle of Stamford Bridge
How long will we be waiting for our apology?
-
Who should the club sign with potential Hazard money?
If I had to choose then Griezmann but he's not as good as Eden.
-
Alvaro Morata
He's still got that Real Madrid attitude about him. Go down for soft tackles, petulant and always moaning at refs.
