No, I mean they think like short term managers. Pochettino isn't a short term thinking manager, look at Spurs' side and their youth policy. Klopp isn't a short term thinking manager, either. Neither is Wenger. Conte and Mourinho think like short term managers because they prefer to buy rather than integrate because they want to win as fast as possible. Not saying the others don't but they're more happy to spend less and integrate more.

Why employ a short term thinking manager if you have long term thinking goals? Suppose that's the issue. Mourinho and Conte are results managers.

Eden completely changes the dynamic of our team. That's how good he is, in my opinion. He's the difference between winning the league and finishing 4th and that's why it's crucial he gets fit.

This man is going to completely transform our team. We will dominate midfield with him in there and begin to control games.

Morata looks like a confidence player. I knew he was going to miss that penalty yesterday, just seemed short of confidence. However, he was brilliant in the air. Something people always used to mis-intepret with Costa was that he was good in the air and at holding the ball up when in actual fact, he wasn't. Morata seems to excel at both. Him and Eden will be a fantastic duo to watch.

Danilo is a massive upgrade on Moses. He hasn't been great for Real but he's also not played many games. He'd be brilliant for us, especially if we get Sandro on the other side as well.

We aren't in for James, imo. Just rumours. Juve want Douglas Costa so they can't sign Danilo because of 2 non EU player rule. So it leaves the path open for us to get Danilo who also happens to be best friends with Sandro
