Courtois wasnt really slow, he had to come out because Sigurdsson was clean on goal , but the ball took a weitd angle and he had to completely change direction. Was a bit unlucky I felt, but clearly should have done better.

I can see wanting him to stay on the bench if you dont think he will improve us, but not out of position in a position were we already have much better options. I want Ivan to be benched, but Im not advocating him being played as a striker just so he wont be at RB. None issue really though as Conte clearly states hes a CB for us

Playing Luiz in midfield is a daft idea and it wont happen. We are severly lacking someone with his ability press high up the pitch, turn and run with attackers and either pass or carry the ball out from defense like Conte wants. Thats the reasin we bought him and moving him to midfield just so he can wont make mistakes is just stupid and would have made the purchase of him make zero sense. If you think the club was wrong for purchasikg him I have no idea why you wont at least let him olay a position that improves our team over one that doesnt.

I have no idea were this "Ivan is a centre half" comes from. Its certainly not from his play. I think because hes not built like a typical fullback, some feel that he must be a centre half or that he is a "natural centre half, despite not having any of the characteristics of one. As a fullback he was, in his prime, best in the PL and you could make an argument for top five in the world. As a Centre half he was nowere close to that level

Mustafi started one game in the world cup and he didnt even get to finish that game. The other game he got significant minutes in was the only game Germany didnt win that world cup. He started one game in the group stages and then wasnt heard from. Lets not act like he was a lynchpin for Germany or try to big him up to being anything but average.
